Our old roof had a lot of wind damage which Matt Leonard suggested that we have the Farm Bureau Insurance look at for a claim. FB allowed a claim and CCR (not the band) set a date for about a week later and 2 days after that we had a new roof with all damages repaired, new sheeting and shingles. On the third day all the leftover mess was cleaned up.
We highly recommend Carolina Custom Roofing for the low price, fast work, quality materials and a very pleasant person to work with. One little part was initially overlooked but they were out immeadiately to take care of it. It is a rare thing to find companies that operate like this, we are very happy.

Carlina Custom Roofing just recently replaced our roof. We had the pleasure of working with Jason. He was very professional, knowledgeable, worked with us and our insurance company, and had us scheduled on their books within a week of the insurance approval. Jason communicated with us on the scheduled delivery of the shingles and the date his crew would start our roof. Jason and his crew completed the removal of our old shingles and putting on the new shigles in less than 12 hours. The clean up was very impressive and our roof looks absolutely wonderful! I would refer Carolina Custom Roofing to all of our friends and family.

We called After the hail storm and Jason came out right away to look at our roof. He said we had hail damage even though our roof was only 5 years old. After our insurance settle on the cost Jason sent a crew out the next week and installed a new roof for us. All the way through the process and installation everything went smooth. Very happy with our new roof and the crew from Carolina Custom Roofing that did the installation.

Carolina Custom Roofing did an outstanding job putting a new roof and gutters on my house. Jason Leonard was very honest and straight forward with inspecting my roof for hail damage and filing a claim with my homeowners insurance. The roofing crew was excellent. They were very neat and organized while stripping my old roof and installing my new roof.
They put in a 14 hour day to get my house completely done before the rain that was to come in the next day. Once the weather cleared they put the roof on my shop the next day. They left everything very tidy and took all trash with them. Once my roof was on the two man gutter crew came in and installed all new gutters around my house. They were done in a half day and took all the old gutters away as well.
They did a very neat job and asked me if all was to my liking before leaving. We have since had several big rains and everything preformed flawlessly with no leaks. Jason was very upfront with the pricing of both the roof and gutters. He also filled me in on what increase in price may take place if any roof decking needed to be replaced. I did have some roof decking that had to be replaced due to rot.
When Jason got back with me after the job was completed he had a list of how much material was required to fix the decking above and beyond the initial quote. His numbers and pricing were spot on for the additional repair work. Even with the high prices of building materials Jason gave me a very fair price for excellent workmanship and quality. I would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone needing a new roof or gutters. Honesty, integrity, and fair pricing are a hard combination to beat. Give them a call.

Jason is the best. He was on time with everything. The work was affordable and well done. The work crew was polite, professional, and neat. It rained in the middle of the job and the crew tarped everything. They could have gone home, but they waited in the rain for the rain to stop to finish the job. It could have been a disaster, but there was not a drop leaked around the tarps. The cleanup was thorough. I was impressed with the job from start to finish. i would highly recommend Carolina Custom Roofing.

I called Carolina Custom Roofing as they were replacing my neighbors roof. Matt was there the next day. I knew I had some roof damage but his accessment revealed hail damage on 100% of the roof. We filed a claim, a simple and easy process. Once we scheduled, the work was completed in 2 days. Matt was professional, personable and down to earth. Would definitely refer and use again!
