I was impressed by the overall work performed. They were able to remove my old roof and replace it within a day. I was also quite impressed with their cleanup, and removal of the old roof. From start to finish Ridgeline exceeded my expectations. Before the job started Jackson came out and explained the process and answered my numerous questions. The crew showed up as planned, did a great job and left the site as they found it. Afterwards Jackson came back for quality control and checked up on me these last few weeks in the heavy rain. I can't thank the folks at Ridgeline enough for coming to inspect what appeared to be a problem area on my roof. What I want to commend them for is for NOT doing any work for me. As a home owner things like roof damage can cause quite a fright knowing the potential costs and complete life upheaval that can be involved. The folks from Ridgeline inspected the roof and took time to help me understand what was occurring and that there was no need to be concerned and what I should watch out for in the future. My wife and I called Ridgeline construction because an inspection on our that (for a couple who was financing our house) said we needed a vent on our back patio. We had had a no show and we needed someone to come quickly because we were moving in 2 days so it was short notice. Bradley Stuart came out to our house. He was real nice and new what needed to be done and he worked with our realtor to get the job done. We definitely recommend this company

Ridgeline did an outstanding job on a repair & roof replacement job at our home on Smith Lake. A tree fell on the house in a late spring storm, damaging the roof, soffits, gutters, and siding. The completed repair looks fantastic, and the process - from quote to our final payment - was first rate. Working with Jackson was a blessing! Since this is a lake home, Ridgeline went the extra mile in clean up to insure no roofing nails were left to pierce flip flops.
In addition, we noticed a spot in the driveway but weren't sure what it was. We guessed it was construction related. Before we could reach out to Ridgeline, a gentlemen showed up to pressure wash this part of the driveway. This level of integrity and customer service deserves 7 stars, but I'm limited to 5. We already have neighbors asking for Ridgeline's contact information!

Work crew were professional, worked quickly and efficiently, taking the old roof off in short order. New underlayment went down quickly, and the crew quickly put the new shingles on ensuring all courses were straight, then when the job was done did an excellent job of policing the ground around the house for nails and trash. Highly recommended!
