Recently I was forced to replace my roof due to hail damage. I took in several bids to have this work done when Erik Ramirez representing 21 Roofing Group was recommended to me. Here my search ended. Mr. Ramirez provided a reasonably priced roof replacement package along with all insurance and liability documentation, protecting me, the consumer. 21Roofing Group went on to remove and replace my damaged roof in a timely manner and fully protected my home from damage. 21

I had a roof leak for sometime that started to get worse and asked a realtor friend of mine if he knew of a quality, trustworthy roofing company and he recommended 21 Roofing. Chris and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. I had various wind damage on my soffits on both sides of the house with open gaps and birds were coming in out and also making a nest. They also completed shingle repairs and pipe boot repairs to further any roof damage and leaks. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them once my roof is ready for a re-roofing. Very professional company. Impressed by Tony who came out as promised within 24 hours of my call. They fixed both structural concerns & the roof area around the chimney on a home we were selling in Statesville. The work was done a week after we accepted the bid. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

We are a 19 building condominium in the Sedgefield neighborhood. We have used 21Roofing for repairs on several of our buildings and the replacement of 6 complete roofs. Their pricing is very attractive and the quality of their work is most satisfactory. They have been very responsive when we've had emergency issues arise. The crews they use are very respectful of our property and homeowners.
They communicate well and show up on time. They are efficient and get the job done quickly. Most importantly, their crews do a thorough cleaning of the work space before leaving. Highly recommend!

We lost a shingle during a windstorm in early January. 21 Roofimg Group answered right away and had someone out within 2 days. They quoted us a price which was basically what they charge for the first hour and said they noticed a couple of other problems and fixed them as well for that price. I would recommend 21 Roofing Group to any one foe their customer service, professionalism, and their workmanship. They were amazing.

21 Roofing replaced our roof! Replaced soffit and fascia and installed new gutters! They did a Fantastic job! My house looks brand new again! Thank you to Erik, Tony and Pedro as well as the Ivy in the office and the whole crew! Everyone was super nice! They worked very long days and very hard! Erik was quick to respond to our request for an estimate to re-roof our home. He took his time explaining the process, came out to our home to assess the job on time, and provided exceptional details and pics for the job estimate.
He was very knowledgeable on the products, and we felt very comfortable with the selected roofing materials. The 21 Roofing crew was on time the morning of the job. They took great care to ensure all landscaping was covered and protected from debris, and were always very considerate, and hard working. Erik helped out more than words can describe leading up to the process. It was the first time we have used a construction loan when we purchased our new house and Erik was extremely patient and very accommodating with all the extra paperwork that was involved. We knew going in that the roof was in bad shape and Erik consistently kept us at ease. We took several bids and went with our realtors suggestion to use Erik and 21roofing, I'm glad we did.
He knew we wanted to get the roof on quickly after closing and he made that happen even after we got delayed a few days. He and his team got here shortly after I left for work and were wrapping up when I got home. The cleaned up everything making it look like they were not even here.
