I hired United Pro construction to do a job at my property technician named John came to my house gave me the estimate for new roof new gutters new siding and other things the guys came on time as they described the job is going to be done they had everything done on time very good very responsible they clean after what they did I highly recommend this company to friends and family

This company is great. We got estimates from three companies. They gave us the best price estimate and was clear and up front about possible factors that could affect the estimate. When it was time to do the job, they found a perfect window of opportunity when we wouldn't have rain, and their team was quick and efficient. The bulk of the job was done in about a day and a half. The final cost matched the estimate -- no surprises. The roof looks great and is watertight. I really can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Hands down the BEST work and customer service EVER! I have used this company for my roof since 2015, when they came to do repairs. I recently had a small leak. The owner came over immediately, fixed problem (which took a good hour) and he NEVER charged me. He refused. I mean, talk about customer service! Plus great work! Highly Recommend United Pro!

I replaced all my gutters and downspouts. The crew showed on time each day and job took less than 1 day. The area inside and out was cleaned up each day. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I will use United Pro again and recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home.

They were extremely talented and professional! This was a very large difficult roof and they worked very hard and measured every board and area so it was done right. It looks great. The roof was completed in the amount of days they said it would be and the tenants were not inconvenienced. All debris gone. I would say YES to anyone needing a roof done

Need a new roof? I sympathize. But the happy news is that working with United Pro is a dream. From the hardworking crew to the personable client reps., their staff is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to work with--complete straight shooters. I just had my entire roof redone, along with a detached garage. Their personnel went out of their way to keep me informed each step of the process, on timing and their approach.

I was very impressed with United Pros. They were very prompt in responding to all questions and concerns. This greatly impressed me. Work started on time and was finished the same day. Cleanup was very thorough. Only two small problems. The satellite dish was removed then reattached the wrong way. United Pro made sure this was taken care of. The bundles of heavy shingles that were repeatedly dropped on the roof caused one light fixture in one of the bedrooms to come loose. This was immediately fixed. United Pro apologized and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend United Pro Construction.

We appreciate their critical eye and high standards. We brought him back to install a new roof. Not only did he do a great and fast job (delivered ahead of schedule) but he noticed that our gutters needed some cleaning, so he did them at (at no charge.).

I called United Pro and made an appointment for an estimate. The owner responded that day and provided me with an estimate by that night. The price was very reasonable so I accepted it. My job was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and that appointment was kept. Many contractors don't show or have many other excuses. United Pro was the total opposite.

Everything was planned and carried out as promised with no issues. The workers arrived and worked hard from start to finish for my 3 day project. The area was left cleaner then when they found it. I am highly satisfied with the final work product and the overall project. Highly recommend! A

Started this process off knowing zero about roofs and roofing and was fortunate enough to get paired with Benny at United Pro who was PHENOMENAL! Never once did I feel as though he was annoyed with this set-up or all the questions each of us had throughout the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and has the patience of a saint!

He was very involved, climbing into the attic, explaining the condition of the roof and the entire process very clearly, and re-explained when asked. This man even answered calls, texts and emails when he was OFF and traveling! You don't get this kind of customer service anymore! Someone raised him right! He is definitely an asset to the company.
