Revived Exteriors

We used Revive to inspect our gutters, install gutter guards, reroute a gutter, and help us determine why some water seemed to be running down the side of our house vs. in the gutter. Cody came out for the inspection and prepared our quote. He was awesome! He was super thorough and walked us through exactly what he thought was going on and gave us some recommendations.

The crew was out only a few days later. Our only complaint was that there seemed to be a missing piece of communication between when Cody came out to complete our inspection and the next step, when a production manager was supposed to get in touch with us to schedule the crew to come out and do some work. However, it was not a reason I wouldn't use Revived again.

The crew worked quickly and cleaned everything up and when I called Cody to confirm everything we wanted was done, he was super responsive, communicated with other team members, and got right back to me. We will definitely called Revived back if we have other exterior repairs and work needed.

During the recent storms I noticed there were some water stains on my kitchen ceiling. Thinking that this is a roof issue I contacted Revived Exteriors to see if they could pinpoint what the issue was and repair it. My initial contact with the company was very pleasant. The individual I spoke to was very patient and listened attentively to what I said and worked with my schedule to get a technician to my home as soon as possible.

Within a week Cody came to my home and inspected the place and was able to pinpoint the issue and told me what the remedy would be. As it turned out it is not a roof issue but is caused by lack of insulation in my roof. Cody gave me a very thorough explanation of the problems and what was needed to fix it. Cody was very knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend him to anyone who has any issues with their roof.

Update to below: We were recently experiencing high moisture in our attic, unrelated to any issues with our roof our siding. Our customer representative, Cody Wolff, came to our house within 24 hours of me reaching out, got up in the attic, and diagnosed the problem for us, free of charge. He is a dedicated representative and evidence of the great quality and service Revived Exteriors provides. Revived Exteriors served both as our public adjuster and our roof installation professionals after a hail storm.

Our customer representative, Cody Wolff, was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional, both in dealing with us and our insurance company. He was transparent and brought us through the entire process - from filing a claim to the roof installation itself. The contractors who installed our roof were on time, worked fast, and installed a beautiful roof in one day. Overall it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Revived Exteriors.

Robert was on time and very professional. He was thorough and gave an honest opinion of the roof condition based on his inspection. Cannot say enough good things about Revived Exteriors. My husband built our house and put on our initial roof over 27 years ago. Now retired, it was time for a new roof to be installed by someone else. After a TWO year search for a company we could trust, Revived Exteriors was highly, HIGHLY recommended to us. After the VERY THOROUGH and detailed inspection of our roof, my husband was IMPRESSED. There were no "hard-sell" tactics. We had Cody come out and inspect our roof for potential storm damage. To start off, he arrived right on time, extremely professional, polite and honest. We've had some not so good experience with a different company and was a bit hesitant to even begin this process. I purchased the service of their roof tuneup, Cody came out & was truly great, really professional personable & informative. He made sure that I understood every small detail of what he was telling me. He explained all my issues no matter how mynoot I thought they were. He performed an inspection of the roof & my attic area & outlined a few option that may be able to extend my roofs lifespan. I have used their 99$ roof maintaince program and Cody was here on time and made sure what ever flashing was loose he fixed it and took pictures and explained me life of my roof and all pros n cons and he also was very honest with service. I liked how he mentioned about insurance details and when they cam start if i need to start. Did not push me or scared me that it has be done now. When ever i plan to change my roof i will go with them for sure.

Revived Exteriors replaced a rotting shed roof on my property several weeks ago and they did an outstanding job-I'd award them 6 stars if I could. Nick Derrico made a patient inventory of my concerns, answered all my questions and clearly outlined the work that would be done. The roofers were fast, highly competent professionals who left the shed looking like new. The price was reasonable, and Derrico checked back to be sure the work had been completed as promised.

From the first discussion, their entire team was entire team was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They handled all the excruciating details with the insurance company, then completed the job on time, on budget and without any mess or incident. I was very impressed with the service I received from Revived Exterior. Called them for an inspection, and they scheduled a visit the next day. The experience with Revived was very pleasant. Work was done professionally and no issues to report. Bob Earl was fantastic to deal with. Helped us decide on the new color of the roof and came out several times to explain the process of the insurance claim. Bob definitely helped to make this a great experience.
