We had a roof leak last year and we hired two contractors to come out and fix it. Nobody was able to fix it, our roof would start leaking after a couple months, Eber repaired the roof 2 years ago and it hasn't leaked. We used New Era Roofing Concepts to have our roof resurfaced. Although we had never done it before, we looked for a company that worked with our friends and family. Twice New Era Roofing came up. They were so helpful to us throughout the entire experience. We knew we needed to have the roof resurfaced when we bought our house, and they quickly provided us with a quote before we closed on it. New Era roofing was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. Eber was able to come out and give a estimate for all repairs needed with a estimate the same day. I called 6 different roofing companies with little to no response and day to three days later with a estimate. Felix who was the roofing employee that completed the work was amazing!
Very communicative with pictures and explanations on the work that he will be doing and had it done in two days! Quality work! Also forgot to mention once I had the funds ready to start the work they were able to get me on the schedule within a couple of days, amazing! Will definitely use in the future and recommend to anyone looking to get some repairs done. Thanks again to Eber, Felix and New Era Roofing for everything!

New Era Roofing did a really good job. They are very thorough from start to finish. I have heard a lot of bad stories about roofers in general, but these guys did an excellent job. They came out several times to make sure every step of the process was done correctly. After the roof was installed they came out again to inspect and caught just a few minor things that the roofer came back out to fix. Very pleased and will recommend to others.

The whole process from start to finish was very easy and everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. I was kept in the loop of every thing that was being done. We are happy with our new roof from New Era Roofing. All went smoothly from the sales through the cleanup! Our salesman explained everything clearly and accurately. The materials were delivered and stacked on the roof the day prior to installation. The installation crew arrived early and worked very diligently through the day. They even covered the pool, A/C and shrubbery, to protect them from the waste. The cleanup was quite thorough, they even remembered to clean out the gutters. The new roof looks very nice.
