Good job to coat the parapets and a fair price. They did not suggest that the roof be coated or sky lights replaced as some roofers wanted to do at a very high price. Other roofers also said the roof did not need to be recoated so I think DS was correct on that. I think the job was honestly done. Renee was the person who did the work and she seemed careful.

I was in need of a roof re-coat and after researching numerous companies, I requested quotes from five roofing contractors in Tucson. Desert Sky Roofing was the most prompt, efficient and thorough company to quote the job AND they were also the least expensive. My decision to hire DSR was not based just on price, but how professional and thorough they were with their communication and job scope presentation.

After signing the contract, they were at the house and completed the job within 10 days. The job foreman, Will, was awesome! I hired Justin back on a time and materials contract to coat my Bushman rainwater tanks. He's a superb painter and craftsman, and he takes care of prep and details to make everything perfect. I had a great experience with Desert Sky Roofing, recommend those considering their services to give them a call. Bill came to inspect my flat roof as we had noticed a leak and were concerned about the condition of it. He performed the inspection and fixed a handful of areas during the process. Afterward he took the time to show photos and explain why he believed we were having the leaks in detail. In the end he didn't charge me anything and just asked that we think of them when we need further repairs or work done, and we definitely will.

What a great company to have to repair your roof and care for all your roofing needs. I had a corner of the roof lift up and was exposing the wood and leaking during the current rain. Bill came out the next day and inspected the damage and gave me an estimate that felt accurate and fair. The work was completed to all expectations. A company.

Bill and his crew were professional, considerate, and prompt. Bill's moto is to bring integrity back to the roofing business and I am a witness to that. There are many examples that I could include in this review but I'll mention just a few. First, Bill is very polite and respectful on the phone. This is quite different from the roofing companies that seemed rush and impatient when I asked for an estimate. Second, when I had to delay the repair by 2 months, Bill returned my deposit.

I told him that he could keep it but he insisted on returning it. This reflects a man who is honest and places integrity over money. Third, aside from Bill checking in with me several times during the repair, I was impressed when he called me at work to let me know that his crew bumped the satellite dish and it may need adjusted. That type of concern for customer satisfaction is rare these days and is the sign of a true professional. After 5 big storms since the repair, there are no signs of leaks or out-of-place shingles.

I received the value packet of coupons that come in the mail and there was one for Desert Sky Roofing, I contacted Bill Kimbley the owner, he came out and gave me a price and explained everything they would do, I had an old solar panel on the roof that needed to be removed and he said he would do it and make the necessary repairs. They came out scrubbed the roof and power washed it, fixed all the cracks and coated the entire roof, they came back the next day and put on the second coat.

They were very professional and did everything they said they would do on time. The thing that impressed me the most was I got the coupon discount, a senior discount, 1st responders discount and a cash discount, I have never heard of any company honoring all those discounts, it is always one or the other. I will be recommending Desert Sky Roofing to everyone I know for roofing work. Bill keep up the good work your company and crew are awesome.
