Alex was very professional and helpful during the process of replacing my roof. I did not meet Ethan until the day my roof was replaced. Ethan was also very professional. The men and women that did the replacement of my roof were respectful and professional. They made sure all of the nails were out of my yard and off my decks. I had another guy come out five times before I gave up and called someone else. I called Roofers LLC and they came out here at the exact time specified (not a large range - when they said 2:00, they got here 5 to 10 minutes before that). They found the issue immediately and put in a temporary patch until they can come do a permanent fix. That temporary patch has just held up through days of constant rain and not a single drop has leaked through. I wish I had called these guys earlier. Also, they are super friendly and responsive. 10/10 would recommend.

After inspecting the roof, they suggested and made a small repair underneathba window ledge, in order to address a leak we noticed when our gutters and windows were cleaned. We've continued to have leaks from our roof from past work and this time we contacted Roofers LLC. Diego was prompt, courteous and very professional. He not only checked and repaired the area damaged but he checked the entire roof, making repairs as deemed necessary. Back in 2017 we used Roofers LLC to put a new roof on our 15 year old home. The home had a new roof put on a year prior by a different contractor and it was a terrible job. The nails were set too deep and the roof leaked. A neighbor referred Ross and his company. From start to finish it was the best experience we have ever had with any home improvements. Diego is AMAZING! We had our house under contract, and a new roof request came after inspections with a very short turnaround time for me to get estimates and my response back to the buyers. After calling several companies, stressing given the circumstances, Diego was the ONLY one that assured me that he'd get out there that same day for an estimate.

Not only that, but he was also the ONLY one that even asked if we had Homeowner's insurance and was very informative and patient in explaining what I would need to do on my end. After he was able to see the roof for himself, he was able to provide proof of hail damage (including the latest hail report map with the exact date/time) and offered to help meet the insurance adjuster when that time would come to help show them the hail damage.

I couldn't have asked for a better person/company to help me navigate through the next steps - I was very stressed about the rush of it all and Diego was on top of it. I'd definitely recommend at least calling them, and you'll see for yourself from there.
