Duke Contractors re did our 22 year old roof perfecly. The house itself was tile, but a small portion was flat and then the garage was shingle. We were happy with all three surfaces. They were professional, very responsive when an issue came up and I was overall very pleased. Plus they were months ahead of any other installation schedule other roofers gave us. Price was competitive.

The crew was professional and clean, all inspections passed with no problems. They were all very communicative as the job went on, and answered all questions we had. The salesman and on-site representative were very respectful and responsive to any questions and concerns I had. The roof was completed in a timely manner. The only issue I had was that they left their very large truck parked on my driveway for a week. My asphalt driveway sank a bit from the weight of the truck. They would get a five star rating barring the issue of my driveway.

Let me start by saying, I am not the easieat client to deal with. I have high expectations and I like quality work. I stay on top of work to be completed. These guys met all my expectations. Mr. Duque, Sr. Is a great person. Honest, timely, reaponsive. Gave us a quote very quickly. Having had a bad experience with other Miami contractors, these guys are good peeps.
They do quality work at the reasonable price. And they are there every step of the way. Granted, it did take a little longer than expected to start the job from the time the permit was issued, due to rain and other unforseen circumstances (we replaced the flat roof with them). Overall happy. Hopefully the roof will last with no issues

Well, I called Jose Duque. Even though, he heard a female voice, he did not categorize me and overcharge me. He came for a free estimate. Gave me 2 options: 1 for the repair and the other one for the roof replacement. Both prices were great. By the way, another guy with no licence charged me the same price for the same job. It is practically more since I would not have any where to go if something would have happened. Well, Duque company is legit, on time, great service, great consideration for Military and Police officers. Well, all my roof works will be on them.
I am 110% satisfied. He worked for the whole neighborhood by the way. And they are not hungry for money, you pay when the job is done. They sent you an invoice. Customer service to the T.

We recently did a re-roof with this company. They were very punctual on getting the paperwork in on time for the permit application. Their workmanship is quality. The crew was on time and hardworking. Most importantly, their warranty is second to none. I got 10 roof quotes and no other companies warranty was close to what Duke Contractors offered.
