Had a small job to add a new section of gutter and downspout. They were really easy to get a quote, arrange and schedule for the work, the arrived on time, were very professional and finished within an hour. They even put up some extra flashing to redirect some water away from my awning. Highly recommend!

We used Rain Gutter Pro back in 2018 and we recently saw that a piece of gutter was missing at the bottom of the line. This could have easily damaged the house's foundation. When I called them to come and fix it they tried to add me to their schedule but we needed something quicker than what they could do. However, they kept me on their cancellation list and I received a call asking if they could come as they were in the area, with a no-fee repair! This completely exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this company!

I had a very small job of replacing a downspout, so I contacted Rain Gutter Pros on their website and suggested they give me a quote if I sent pictures (to reduce the cost of them coming out for an estimate). After a couple emails, they gave me a quote and came out a couple days later. The worker did fantastic work, which looked perfect. He even fixed the other downspout (which was not even on the quote). Highly recommended company.

Good Service. Offered the best price and the gutters look great. The workers figured out any obstacles with getting the long gutters on out very large 50 unit building very efficiently. Full replacement of gutters in under 2 days. Very nice.

I recently had Rain Gutter Pros come out and install beautiful copper gutters on my home. From beginning to end, they were a pleasure to hire. Oz came out and answered all my questions thoroughly, Kimberly was always very professional at the office, and the installers, Pancho and Lionel really paid attention to every detail I insisted upon.making the entire experience a great one.

And the copper looks absolutely marvelous.adding so much character. It was definitely money well invested. I own a few other homes in the LA area undergoing some remodeling now.and after. Unbelievable story of customer service! They replaced my gutter covers about a year ago. Recently I noticed a leak in my gutter but forgot they only replaced the covers not the gutter. I called them to come out and fix the leak (forgetting they had not actually replaced the gutters). They came out to look at the leak and graciously pointed out that the gutters had not been replaced, only the covers.

The covers had nothing to do with the leak. Rather than express frustration at my wasting their time, Willie and Tony simply said "it's an easy fix why don't we fix it for you anyway." I was shocked. Needless to say I felt awful about wasting their time. They went way beyond the call of duty; it wasn't even their gutter! You simply don't find that kind of customer service these days.

I know that kind of customer service comes from the top and Oz (owner / manager) clearly places the customer first. I will be telling this story for a long time. Thank you Rain Gutter Pros!

I have to say that I have NEVER experienced such friendly, caring and prompt service from anyone in LA county like Oz from Rain Gutter Pros! OZ came out last Saturday to give us an estimate to clean our rain gutters. He spent time examining all of our gutters and our roof and found a rather large mound of debris in the corner of one of our gutters and removed it.

He said all of our other gutters were clean and our roof looked sound. He spent about 15-20 minutes at our house and refused to take any money! He will get ALL of our business for future cleaning and/or repair! So impressed with his caring professionalism!
