Calls are either answered immediately or returned promptly, and by someone I could easily understand. Scheduling was timely, too. Ethan was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. The estimate was done efficiently and thoroughly. I had subsequent questions; Ethan and Viktor were timely and helpful with their replies. I had a wonderful experience using RoofingUSA over in James Island. Their inspectors met my insurance when I had a concern for a claim, and they were very responsive and thorough from coordinating, billing, to updates verbally and via text while completing the roof project. I was also very pleased with how well they cleaned up the area around the home and truly feel like they left it cleaner than when they arrived. 10/10 across the board would use again. John Burley was incredibly helpful. We called because of a leak we were having. He did a full inspection of our roof and came back with an estimate of what was needed instead of trying to sell us on a full replacement. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to fix an issue, but hesitant they would feel pressure to replace the entire roof.

John Burley was a fantastic representative for Roofing USA! He was very friendly and easily accessible if I needed to communicate with him. The roofing crew is crazy fast! They did the entire roof in one day! I'm still giving 5 stars even though a patch of grass in the yard was wilted because something was set on it in the extreme heat. That might have contributed to it.
Being able to get this done through insurance saved me a ton and John does a lot of the work for you. I would definitely recommend John Burley and Roofing USA if you are in need of a roofing contractor!

The team at Roofing USA in Charleston SC were Fantastic. From step one on the inspection to the final process of replacing our roof due to storm damage. They did everything and did it professionally and perfectly. They always went above and beyond doing a great job and even cleaning up each day when working so that we never got nails in our tires. I called the company to come out to inspect my roof for a leak that I noticed. They were responsive. Jimmy arrived 5 minutes early from the time scheduled. Jimmy was thorough in his inspection and shared with me what the next step in the process would be. Jimmy Serrano was the agent I dealt with, he was informative and pleasant through the whole process. He made it easy to get this done. Even though my insurance company refused the first request, he went back to them with his information and photos and we got approval. He was on site during the installation. Hurricane Ian left its mark on our house and we contacted Roofing USA to evaluate our damage. We were worried about a leak, but they came quickly to inspect and let us know we weren't in as bad of shape as we imagined. They showed us pics of the damage and explained clearly what we needed, and ONLY what we NEEDED! They stuck to their time commitments and we were fully satisfied with their service. Jason Davey was so helpful when I first inquired about some problems I was having with my roof. He sent Cooper over the next day and from that point on they walked us through everything on getting a new roof. Once the install date came it was extremely fast and they left the yard looking better than before they got there. The roof looks fantastic and am so happy we went with Roofing USA. Came and did my inspection. I knew I had a leak, and they found it! Now the only question was, " What will the repair cost?". Let me start by saying, I did not have the opportunity to utilize the company's services. However, I have no doubt they would have performed an outstanding job on my roof. When I contacted the company for an estimate they set up an appointment within 48hrs. I had the pleasure of working with CODY. He was very professional, informative and VERY instrumental in getting my insurance claim bought by State Farm Insurance Company (that's not an easy thing to accomplish). Unfortunately, the two companies couldn't agree on total damage costs ( SF is stingy!) and I didn't have the funds beyond my deductible. Alas, there was a lesson to be learned. I need to change my insurance company!

They made the process of replacing my roof easy by walking me through the upcoming steps. Started by helping with the insurance company, the scheduling, showing up early on starting day and completed the job in a day and a half. The crew did a great job on the roof and an excellent job in cleaning up after completion. I found roof damage due to a storm. Project manager John Burley was at my house and on my roof in 2 days. He was very professional and organized. He walked me through the insurance claim process. He even met with the insurance adjuster (back on the roof) when he came to inspect the damage. After the insurance was settled, Mr. Burley scheduled the roof replacement.
The workers were on time and completed the job in just 2 days. I am extremely impressed with everyone involved with this project. Their teamwork and organization was done with military precision. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing roofing services.
