I called Good News Roofing for an estimate. Brooke came out and told me no there was no hail damage I just needed repairs. Brooke took pictures showed me what needed to be done and new pics when the work was completed. Brooke texts you and let you know what is happening, when they will be there etc. I love the way Good News treats you like a valued customer. I highly recommend them. Honest and professional

Homeowners claims are never a fun process to navigate, but on recommendation from a friend, Rudy at Good News made it all pretty smooth. The guys that came out were done in just a few hours, and cleanup was immaculate. They were able to address some issues with damage that I wasn't even aware of and some less-than-stellar work the builder did. Not only do I have a new roof, the quality is better than before!

I cannot overstate how excellent Good News Hi dear thank you thank you was. There were a few delays because of Weather challenges, but Rudy always communicated with me about them. The day of the big event they arrived early and we're done by 11 AM which astonished everybody that had occasion to see it take place, fastidious about cleaning up my yard of all nails and debris afterwards. Good News Roofing & Solar replaced my roof and gutters on 9/11/24. I interacted with Micah when first deciding on a roofer, and then when we signed the contract and the day of the roof replacement and gutter replacement. Micah answered all my questions and working with him was very pleasant despite needing a new roof. I felt like I could trust his judgment. and what he was telling me.

He was always on time and was available when I had concerns or questions. He worked well with my insurance company also. I was very impressed with how they put down tarps to protect the plants and also the yard around the roof. The cleanup process was thorough and the work crew were kind and professional. It was a windy day at my neighbors house getting their new roof from Good News Nails and some debris blew into our backyard. We mentioned to the staff at Good News that we were disappointed. The owner came out and cleaned out our backyard. Steve was very nice.

It all started when I noticed a water stain in my closet. It could only have come from a leak in the roof. My husband and I are not young sprouts anymore and we knew we could not fix the problem. We called Rudy Cedillo with Good News Roofing. Their signs were everywhere, in itself a good recommendation. From the moment he came in to our house, we did not have to do anything!

He dealt with our insurance company so we didn't have to. He arranged for the interior repairs and did a thorough survey of the property. We could hardly believe the damage our roof had, and Rudy showed us photos to show us all along the way. Good new roofing and specifically Rudy were excellent to deal with. Had my roof replaced due to hail damage this year. Had multiple roofers out to look at it and Good News were the most open and honest about the job and transparent with the process. Rudy was my contact with the company and was just so honest and clear with everything. In addition to the insurance work I had gutters added and some fascia replaced.

Whenever a question came up about a choice my wife, after meeting Rudy, would say "What does Rudy think we should do" due to the trust he built up. Mika didn't try to oversell me on our roofing problem and was able to remedy a leak I was having in a cvery short time. Good News Roofing was recommended to us when a sudden leak appeared on our ceiling. Rudy came out the same day we called, and he did an inspection in the attic and on the roof. While he couldn't find the exact source of the leak, he did some small maintenance on a few potential locations without charging us. He was very kind, explained everything he found very thoroughly, and told us to call him again if there's still leaking in the upcoming rain so he can come out right away to look for the leak in the rain. We will definitely be reaching out to Good News Roofing again if we have any other roof issues!

I was referred to Good News Roofing by my public insurance adjuster. Steve Burnham (owner) responded immediately to my call. He came to our home and provided an estimate to replace our roof and gutters. As soon as we got the sign-off from our HOA, Steve scheduled the work for the following week. The Good News team completed the entire project in 2 days.

They were incredibly efficient and easy to work with. The foreman (Jesus) was especially helpful in working out a solution to get the roofing materials on the roof when the delivery truck turned out to be too heavy for our driveway. Very pleasant experience with Good News Roofing. Brook was very professional and polite in going over the proposal and stayed true to the proposal as well. I was out of town the day the job was conducted but Brook kept me updated throughout the day as the job was being done. They ran into some decking damage but I was shown pictures of the damage so I know it was legitimate extra work that needed to be done.
