4 PROJECTS NOW COMPLETED I have used Craftsman for my Windows (MN made by the way), my siding (Life Time Warranty). And now due to some bad storm damage they saved the day again and. Completing my roof and gutters they are the best. From Jay the representative who first came out both my crews who came out, to Ellie my fantastic coordinator they were quality!

The team even worked when it was super hot 98* I brought them lemonade but man the work ethic kudos! Thank you so much. Very thankful to have found you in the top consumer reports and the relationship we now have!

The people we worked with for the estimate and planning were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They explained things well and helped us work with our insurance company. The installation crew was fast while still being careful to protect things on our property. They did an outstanding job.

Working with the entire Craftsmen Home Improvement team has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our project included removal and replacement of entire roof (with significant re-decking), installation of aluminum wrapped fascia and hidden vent soffits (which included removal and replacement of large sections of damaged fascia), and covered gutters/downspouts.

Their bid was very competitive. Their lifetime workmanship warranty was a great selling feature. The Craftsmen team and all their contractors were professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. Any issues that arose were resolved quickly. Their communication and responsiveness was excellent. We were never left wondering when the crews were showing up despite weather delays.

This a find-a-way, make-a-way team with with their goal being the customer's complete satisfaction. With window and siding projects in our future, we'll be reaching out to Craftsmen again!

We could not be more satisfied with the entire experience with Craftsmen Home Improvements from the prompt responses and excellent product knowledge of our salesperson Erik, the thorough communication from our project manager Joni and the excellent craftsmanship of the installation crew. Replacing a roof and gutters is a major project and finding the right roofing company was very important to me. I met with a number of different companies and finally decided on CHI (Craftsman Home Improvement). They didnt just come look at the roof and send me a proposal instead they came looked at the roof and spent over an hour with me explaining the process working with me on how to improve the gutters so the flow would be better for my property.

This did not mean more expensive gutters just a Different installation from previous. Once I contracted with them the project manger reached out to set up a start date. The team that came out to do the job was both professional and efficient. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a new roof. They also coordinated with the team doing some chimney repairs on my house which was extremely helpful to me.

Craftsmen Home Improvements recently resided our home with James Hardy siding. We are very pleased with not only the outcome, but the smooth process as well. Craftsmen worked well with my insurance company and the workers did a great job on my Hardie board siding project. They helped me along the process and answered any questions or concerns. Craftsmen was very flexible with my preferred work dates and got the project done on time. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any house project.

The siding crew did a fantastic job on my house! My siding was completed during the winter holidays which was cold! The first step was a quick meeting with the project lead to walk around and communicate the details or last min logistics. Highly recommend this step for communication and to get to know the project lead and crew. The job took 3 days which I thought was pretty quick.

During the process I was communicated with by the office lead Joni with any delays because of weather. Joni was quick to answer any questions by email. The onsite crew was very professional, courteous, efficient and productive. They did a great job making sure the debris was cleaned up and their equipment was organized, safe and with no trip hazards.

When they uncovered some walls that needed additional building out, Pat communicated with me on the details, cost and importance of the repair. The best part is one of the crew shoveled my sidewalk and Pat added an additional piece to my down spout! Happy New Year! Thank you, my house looks beautiful!

Our experience with Craftsmen Home Improvements is absolutely five stars. We had to take a non-traditional path to getting our siding replaced. Craftsmen staff were so gracious with us and excellent at communicating throughout the process. The team that completed the siding work did exceptional work. It felt like they had all the time in the world to focus on our project.

Their work was meticulous and unhurried with clear attention to detail and true craftsmanship. We also appreciated their willingness to answer our questions when they came up and to ask questions of us to make sure the work was being done as expected. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

The Craftsmen window crew did a great job on our window project. They replaced 9 windows and a patio door. The crew were all friendly, respectful, and efficient. They gave us confidence that they knew what they were doing and we could trust that the work would be done right. They were responsive to our needs and questions and communicated clearly.

They took care to protect our floors and belongings while they worked and cleaned up after their work each day. We are very pleased with their work and with how our new windows and patio door look.

The entire process with Craftsmen Home Improvements was excellent. From the first meeting with Eric for an estimate, all the way through to our final inspection my wife and I were very impressed with the entire team. Each day the crew was at our home I was able to personally review progress and was informed of what was planned for that day. If anything came up during the day we received a prompt email from Maria or a phone call.

Once the job was completed the crew spent a few hours meticulously cleaning up our yard and surrounding landscape making sure all of the debris and nails from the previous roof were picked up and disposed of properly. My wife and I high recommend Craftsmen as a new roof and gutter guard installer. We found the analysis of our roofing needs by Mr. Kosloski very straightforward and complete. This included a visual inspection that revealed some additional necessary work beyond the roof replacement we desired. This was included in the contract. The major work was completed rapidly (1 and 1/2 days) and beautifully. Cleanup was immaculate. Additional work was preformed with great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Everybody involved in the job was friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend Craftsman Home Improvements, Inc.
