Called Brookside roofing on a Monday after a strong storm and discovering water damage on our ceilings. Joe came out on Tuesday and inspected our roof. He gave us a very reasonable quote and offered us time to think about. We ended up calling him later on Tuesday to accept his bid. To our surprise he sent his crew out on the same day! Quality work, not pushy, and professional in all regards. I will recommend Brookside Roofing to anyone with roofing/gutter needs. Thanks, Joe!

I reached out to Brookside Roofing one week ago and was asking for an appointment for estimate to replace our gutters. I was told they don't like to set appointments "so as to not disappoint when they need to cancel last minute". I tried to be patient and flexible and appreciated the ability to text the owner about arranging an estimate. I contacted today asking if they could come by or if we should arrange a visit the next week and was told they could come after another appointment.
Three hours after the previously mentioned appointment I received a text asking if they could come over "now or soon" and I said now still works. Almost one hour later they had not arrived and texted saying 10 more minutes. I was so angry that I asked them not to come as I no longer was willing to work with them on my project.

Brookside Roofing replaced our roof & with our insurance, the price didn't break the bank. They were kind, on time & caring (local/Waldo) people. Also, my previous neighbor had upgraded his half of our shared garage before he sold his house & when I asked Brookside Roofing to upgrade my portion of the shared garage & they told me what my previous neighbor had done was illegal & I could not hire them to upgrade my portion. Apparently, my previous neighbor found a roofer who was not as ethical as Brookside.another reason to trust them.

Wow, blown away with Brookside Roofing. We had a few minor concerns with our roof & gutters, but major enough to have us stressed about it being unexpected and costly after just purchasing our home. We had 1 person quote us for repairs of $1250. Brookside came out to do an estimate and ended up fixing our problem in 2 minutes, free of charge. And assured us that one thing we were worried about wasn't even necessary to fix. It is so hard to find home repair companies that you can trust and won't overcharge you. He made today a great day for my husband and I!

We are selling our house and as part of the inspection, Brookside Roofing was brought in to check out the roof. The man that showed up at our house was incredibly rude. He asked several questions, most of which I couldn't answer. He rolled his eyes several times, huffed and puffed then finally asked, "do you even live here?" Yep, I sure do, I just didn't know I'd be grilled about the condition of the roof for ten minutes.
After that, he was here for about 30 more seconds and left. Granted, I wasn't the one who hired this company. Even so, that's really no excuse. I hope to never have to do business with this company again.

I can't say enough about the quality of service and workmanship provided by Brookside Roofing. The roof on my 92 year old house was a complete tear-off and replacement, and not an easy one at that. The entire process took only two days. The clean-up and follow up process were thorough and courteous. I highly recommend this company!

If I could give this company no stars, I would. My husband called to get an estimate for hail damage on our roof. Not only did it take almost a week to hear back, when asked where we live, which is a historic district in Kansas City, the man replied, "We don't do big, ugly houses." Then something to the effect of, "there are enough jobs and guys are choosing one story PV homes." Well good for them, but poor, poor customer service.
What sort of professional says something like that? A simple, I'm sorry we are completely booked would have sufficed. Don't contact this business for anything, they don't deserve it.

My roof looks great but when installing the gutters they caused half of my house to lose power. It happened the same day that they were out there working but the owner told me I would have to call an electrician out to "prove" that it was their company. The outlet was all black and looked like it had been blown up. All fuses were OK. As a single woman, I did not appreciate that kind of treatment from the owner of a company.
