We have a 40 year old building that was originally built with a mod bit roof. After 30 years, we started experiencing multiple leaks from hail and storm damage. We reached out to many different roofing contractors but had trouble finding a contractor that could fix the issues we had. We then got a recommendation to reach out to DFW Urethane about 10 years ago. DFW Urethane not only fixed all of our leaks, but through the years they have repeatedly come back out to fix hail damage to ensure the integrity of the roof. We highly recommend DFW Urethane!

DFW Urethane replaced our church's modbit roof which was severely damaged by hail and vandalism. The end product exceeded our expectations with noticeable reductions in utility bills and increased building comfort in all weather conditions. John and Benny did a great job on our cabinet shop. Our roof had storm damage and our shop was hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Now we have an excellent waterproof roof, our shop is cooler in the summer and warm in the winter. Best decision we ever made for our shop! Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Dallas Scottish Rite Library & Museum is a 110 year old building that has 7 different historical designations. We're pretty selective about who we hire to perform maintenance and renovation of our beautiful cathedral. DWF Urethane replaced our entire roof in 2018. Their urethane product is outstanding and their application and service is equally superior. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Thumbs-up to John, Benji and James!

We have been doing business with John & Bengy at DFW Urethane for over 20 years. They taken care of our every need we have ever needed to our roof. They installed our original polyurethane roof about 20 years ago after having numerous leaks on our tar and gravel roof for over a 50 year pans. They just did a resurface recently to assure we have no leaks (roof maintenance) along with others needs we have had which really were not roof related but they took on the project anyway.

We own four investment properties, and as most investors will tell you, the largest capital expense is nearly always the roof. We had put off roof repairs for a long time, and every time it rained, we would have to respond to the various leaks. When the roofs were finally at the end of their economic lives (really I was just tired of attending to leaks), we researched different options and decided urethane was the ideal solution for us. DFW Urethane did a fantastic job, performing as agreed and making sure our tenants were never inconvenienced in the process.

We have used DFW Urethane for nearly 40 years. Our company has benefitted from their choice of superior products and spray foam in many ways. There efforts minimized our cooling/electric costs for many years by keeping our building cooler in the heat of the summer. Their technical application of materials has continued to provide above average leak protection on a challenging flat roof building that is 80 plus years old.
