I was introduced to Jenkins Roofing when it came time to replace my roof/gutters and they did a fantastic job! They may specialize in roofing, but their services don't end there. So when I was looking to replace my exterior doors and install a kitchen backsplash, I reached out to Todd and his team. Thank you for transforming the look of my home!

I had experienced wind damage and needed roof repair so I contacted Jenkins Roofing. Glad I did! They sent Randy to my house within just a couple of hours of my call. Randy was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was not pushy, rather very informative. He returned on the day of my insurance inspection and was very helpful in the process.

Once approval from insurance company Randy returned and we discussed details and timing of installation - again, never pushy about trying to sell me upgrades that I didn't need. Installation was quick and easy. Thanks Randy for coming by once installation was complete.

Things take time when working with an insurance company. Randy gave me realistic expectations from the start. He made regular calls to touch base and see how things were going. I have used Jenkins Roofing for a couple of minor repairs since 2010. When it finally came time to have some major hail and wind damage repaired they were the first company I called though many had left cards/flyers or had knocked on my door. Jordan and Todd worked directly with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered and the repairs started on time and went smoothly.

The additional contractors for windows and painting were also above par with their professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend Jenkins to anyone who needs roof repair and wants attention to detail.

We used Jenkin's Roofing & Construction due to the April 2021 hail storms and could not be more pleased. They were very professional, stayed in constant communication, and started/completed the job when they said they would. Randy came out and inspected our roof and worked with us until the job was complete. He even came out to check on the crews twice during the job.

In addition to the roof, they coordinated and did end to end repairs: re-stained the fence, gutter replacement, garage doors replacement, and window screen repairs. We were not disappointed. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again for future renovations.

Matt was the initial voice and face of Jenkins Roofing for us. He was prompt to respond to phone calls, texts and email. Matt demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the details involved in getting our roof and gutters replaced, as well as a couple of other small jobs we got Jenkins to complete. Jenkins Roofing was recommended to us after hail damage in 2014. Awesome experience and no issues. In 2017 we had a contractor put a patio on our backyard that included an extension to the roof. Fast forward a few years and there's water damage in my ceiling. We have the contractor come out and he can't find any roof leaks or evidence of issue with his work.

But the leak remains. So we call Jenkins roofing, and they come check it out and find rusted nails which does indicate, a leak in the roof. They fix it on the spot. No more issues. Super happy. They will by roofing company for life.

Todd and the crew did an amazing job installing not only a brand new roof on the house, but also some beautiful skylights. We didn't want just the traditional dome ones. We wanted something awesome, unique and modern. They came out multiple times to plan this out with us and in the end, delivered exactly what we wanted at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

After the hailstorms in April and May of 2020, I spoke to several roofing companies and had even more stop by unannounced. My decision to go with Jenkins Roofing was simple. They've been in business for over 50 years, they were honest and not at all pushy; and I was promised that I would have a beautiful and sturdy roof for many years to come. The comfort of knowing that my warranty, or any service call in the future will be answered gave me tremendous peace of mind. Jenkins Roofing was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive estimate I received.

They were incredibly transparent with the cost, and how they would interface with my insurance company. Jenkins Roofing scheduled my installation, stuck to the date, and showed up early to begin the work. The result is that I have the best looking roof on the block and the satisfaction of knowing I worked with a great company that doesn't cut corners or do anything shady.

Todd Jenkins, the owner, even dropped by the house to review the work, make sure I was happy with the job, and personally guarantee the work and warranty offered by his company. Jenkins just did my roof today and the whole process was so easy. Talked to Todd on the phone, few hours later he was at my house and helping me pick shingles. He suggested a color we never would've thought of and it looks amazing! The process was we talked then the next week the roof was up in like 8 hours! He negotiated with our insurance to get the best roof possible for the least price for us! Highly recommend! The workers were really kind and respectful of our home.

I called around and had several companies come and quote services for new siding on my home and this was one of the only ones that didn't attempt to up-sale me for services that weren't needed. Out of the few that didn't try to cheat me this company had the best google/yelp reviews and BBB scores. I highly recommend and you will save 2-3Xs the costs of the other guys.

Jenkins Roofing did an excellent job on our roof and an even better job communicating with us pre and post project. Their crew was professional, clean, and courteous. They were easy to work with while on the job site and left no trace that any work had been done when they left. Owner, Jack Jenkins, did a great job for us. His crew installed a 30 year Elk shingle and they were quick at it. Left the jobsite clean, too. Our roof looks great, the best in the neighborhood.
