I have used Molloy Roofing for a number of years now to do inspections and repairs on a flat rubber roof. We have a like-minded approach to preventative maintenance, with inspections and repairs that keep the roof in great shape and avoid major problems or leaks. The Molloy Roofing team is easy to work with and they do an excellent job. I consider Molloy Roofing to be a trusted business partner and will continue to use their services.

Gary assessed my box gutters today and was clearly being very honest and was detailed with his inspection. There was none of the pressuring or up selling I've encountered with large home contractors and have come to expect. He was clear with what needed to be done and what didn't. My neighbor saw the truck outside my house and mentioned that some folks from Molloy had helped her friend retrieve a cat out of a tree even though they were not working at that property. Safe to say they will be my go-to for any future jobs.

Molloy was more expensive than other contractors, but their professionalism, quality, and responsiveness, made me feel confident that I had made the best choice. I have a large house, with a complicated and steep roof. And, roofing can be painful for a homeowner with nails and other inadvertent issues that come up, but for any issues I did have, they were addressed immediately. I don't believe I could have made a better choice and I am confident that my roof will last a long time.

I had a really great experience with this roofing contractor. Earlier in the summer, during a storm, a piece of my roof ridge vent along with a piece of soffit blew off. I was able to retrieve both pieces, but my attic was left exposed to the elements. I asked my neighbors for recommendations and out of 6 places, only one returned my call and then didnt show up.

I found a bunch of people on nextdoor recommending Molloy so I gave them a call. The office staff heard what was going on and let one of their senior estimators know. He came out right away, like within hours because he did not want to leave my house exposed like that! Phil Bowers was a god send! He got right on the roof upon arrival and did a temporary fix to the ridge vent.

He assessed the rest of the roof and the soffit and thankfully let me know it wasn't ready for a full roof replacement yet. I had maybe 5yrs left. He gave me the advice that it was BS that my insurance company (Allstate) no longer covers my roof due to age and let me know some competitors that still will. He let me know what did need fixing and gave me a rough estimate.

He took the piece of soffit I had retrieved back to the shop with him so the fabricators could match the color and size to make a replacement. He also sent me a full estimate so I could plan financially for when I did need a full roof. He has been in the business over 20yrs and I could tell how knowledgeable he was. We scheduled the repair crew to come out for the fixes.

I was equally as happy with the repair crew. The guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They even cleaned my gutters out while they were up there doing the repairs. They went over every little thing they did and saw while on the roof. They mailed me the final bill which was super reasonable and I was able to return the payment promptly. Highly recommend this company!

The Molloy bid on my roof work stood out from three others I received. Theirs was very specific to my standing seam metal roof (installed in 1895). Their knowledge was evident. Another standout was they suggested that I only needed a partial roof replacement - that much of my roof was in fine shape. They didn't oversell as the other companies did.

Their handcrafted troughs and specifically designed solutions to my roof's issues amazed me. My roof was in the very best hands w crew from Molloy's that were specialists in various aspects of the job. The worksite was kept tidy and the crews were very careful with my property.

Just had Molloy Roofing install new roof and new gutters and very satisfied with quality of work. Twenty years ago had insurance-focused roofing company install roof fast and cheap. Afterwards, I found a bunch of loose nails in my yard and, a year later, had to call them back to fix a leak as well. Molloy was neither fast or inexpensive but I have a lot more confidence that they installed the roof (and replaced four skylights) correctly the first time. They have separate roofing and gutter supervisors that communicate with customers and perform quality inspections. I have yet to find the first nail in my yard.

We were happy to engage Molloy to handle the roofing issues we had on both a shingle roof and a slate roof. Our home required a complete replacement of the shingles, flashing and the box gutters cleaned and painted. We also added attic vents and are noticing less build of heat in the space. Three different crews handled the work and we were advised in advance when a crew would be out and the entire job was completed in 2 1/2 weeks.

After the entire job a completed a quality control inspection was completed and 2 minor issues were referred for correction and handled promptly. The porch roof is very noticeable and the attractive shingles set off the brick work nicely. In addition, a different crew was engaged to replace some slates on our 110 year old apartment building flash a chimney.

Since we could not see the chimney flashing from the ground the roofer took photos of the completed job and sent them to me. This job also had a Molloy quality inspection when finished. We appreciated the professionalism, punctuality, tidiness and expertise shown on both jobs with different roofing needs.

Should I repair the portico or tear it from the facade of my colonial? That was the question I posed to my neighbor who is a bit older and wiser and a successful real estate investor. "Curb appeal. Repair it, " she said without hesitation, and she immediately recommended Molloy Roofing. "They're not cheap, but they're worth it." Oh, and I did I mention the existing asbestos shingles?

The requested bids -- different materials, different grades, different prices -- arrived by email in a timely manner. I talked to my bank about a home equity loan. I chose the most expensive fix -- a metal roof. I've forgotten the man's name who actually performed the job. He removed the old roof, repaired the rotten wood, and fashioned the new roof from metal. To call him a roofer, though is not sufficient; he was an artist. Look at my portico. I do not regret the choice nor the expense.

Quote process was thorough and well prepared. I felt confident choosing them based on the detail made available with the quote. Crew came and completed the work in less then 3 days and worked very hard. There was a thorough review several days later for quality. I have used an assortment of roofers, but Molloy is clearly the best. For my recent job, they sent a knowledgeable appraiser from the company who made two separate appraisals for me, one for a repair, and one for reroofing. After good discussion I settled on repairing now and putting off reroofing until it is clearly needed. The workers who made the repair were knew what they were doing, got the job done in the time estimated and cleaned up after themselves 100%. We've had a good deal of rain since the repair, and no leaks have appeared.

This is great company. (We had another co. work on our roof for yrs.,t he owner died and they went out of business.) This company is way better with resolving the issues with our gutters and roof. A couple years ago, they installed re-lief gutter guard on the house which has worked 100% better than the old stuff installed by the other co. Their work is top notch and the guys doing the job were very professional and friendly. Because they are popular, it does take a while to get on their list.

I stand by my review. if he can't find me in his records, sounds like a bookkeeping problem.

Still use hammer instead of nail gun for better accuracy. They don't contract out the jobs. Excellent work.
