Way over priced. Condescending sales people. They talk down and mansplain to elderly female homeowners.

Had a minor roof leak that I needed to be fixed. Called paul bange roofing and Josh came out with in a few hours. Was extremely professional and answered all my roofing questions. He gave me a good quote and got the work done with in few days time. The crew that came out was very respectful and left my yard cleaner than before they got there! Will highly recommend paul bange roofing to anyone who has any roofing needs!

I had a very good experience with David Bange roofing. Our sales rep, Aaron, kept us informed throughout the whole process. He always responded to my texts and calls very quickly and got me answers right away. The work was done professionally and for the most part, the workers cleaned up after they left. My roof looks great and I am pleased with the finished product. I would recommend them to others and ask for Aaron.

We had a great experience with PBR. Starting with our first consultation with Aaron, who took his time, explained everything required for the replacement of our roof and explained the contract, delivery and schedule for the installation. It was truly like having concierge service in our process. The work was done professionally and extra clean. All crews that came to the house were courteous and responsible.

Tim was awesome Very thorough, he took the time to make sure he accessed the damages., he was prompt to his appointment. He was also very helpful and informative. Very pleasant to work with, I felt very comfortable and trusting to sign up with him for services. Usually that is not how I normally proceed, Usually I take a while to get informed and do diligence. However based on his customer service and dedication I was comfortable to do the repairs. Would highly recommend

I chose Paul Bange Roofing after my neighbor replaced his roof and was very pleased with the company and recommended them. I called for an estimate and that's when I met Aaron. Excellent customer service and not an existing customer, so what does that tell you. John Kenney came out to look at my so called new roof and gave me excellent advice which he didn't have to but he did. Great company after some heavy rain we were experiencing a leak in the kitchen and thought we'd have to get a new roof on our home. The speediness with Lily able to schedule an appointment on the same day and honesty from Tim was what surprised me. When he came out he informed us that only a small repair would be needed. wow we need more genuine people like this in the community thank you what a relief!

Paul Bange and their team did an excellent job from beginning to end Starting with Evan, and the site managers, as well as the final inspection. This was an incredible experience, each of the phases, roof tear down installing underlayment, replacing the wood sheathing and final roof installation went extremely well. Evan and his team made what I was anticipating to be an aggravating experience from other roofing company's in the past, a very pleasant one.

At the end of each days work the cleanup crew was very diligent with cleaning up within the office park leaving it spotless each day which was very important to me as we have multiple tenants with lots of vehicles passing through daily. We own two office parks and I can officially state that Paul Bange will be our roofer for life and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Paul Bange Roofing is a top notch company with excellent staff. When my roof leaked, Scott explained what would be done and gave me an estimate of the cost. The workers spent all day, worked hard and left everything clean. Joe called me after it was finished to tell me what had been done. Both Scott and Joe were professional, polite, and thorough. We needed a complete reroof. Asked for a quote. Aaron came the same morning, and gave us a highly competitive quote, so we signed right then and there. They filed for a city permit the next business day. The city took about a month to get around to issuing the permit. (This is NOT any fault of Bange Roofing. I followed along on my city website.). The day the city issued a permit, Aaron followed up with me and scheduled my roof, which was promptly completed. Aaron walked us through the entire process.

He is responsive, reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend Paul Bange Roofing. Thanks to them I now have a solid new roof. A special shout out to Aaron, who is simply amazing!

I had a complete roof replacement. The whole process was satisfactory from the permit through the city's inspections. Representative was always responsive, answered all questions. The roof is absolutely beautiful. The whole experience was outstanding.

We had a great experience replacing our roof, that started when we met John Kenney. He and everyone we dealt with at Paul Bange were professional, pleasant to speak with and always responsive. When there was a concern during the process it was quickly addressed. Several of our neighbors started well before us and still do not have tile on their roofs. We made the right choice for our home.

Pleasantly surprised! I have been living in South Florida over 50 years and Paul Bange Roofing is the BEST company I have ever worked with. They are honest, professional, reliable and meticulous. Called them to fix a leaking roof. One of the roofers was smoking and flicking cigarettes off roof onto a $70,000 boat. Lucky had cover and burnt hole in it. They claimed they would replace, but now won't. I guess I should be happy they didn't burn my boat and house down considering boat had 50 gallons of gas in it. They will never touch my roof again. I was told REPLACED. Did it have a hole before you touched my roof Richard, nope. Stop being cheap and do the right thing.

Bange refuses to honor the repair warranty (OCC) That I paid $240 for on January 18. On that date, they filled out a 17 point inspection summary with everything checked off as good condition, and I paid them as usual. I reported a leak, and two weeks later, on September 2, they sent a sales rep instead of a repair man. He said they would not do any more repairs as the roof was not in good condition, and instead gave me an estimate for a new roof. Bange put me in a bad position by suddenly refusing to honor the repair agreement.

I am a senior citizen and cannot buy a new roof right now. I emailed Bange but they did not respond. They will not the repair or even give back the money I paid for coverage through next January.

The crews work very hard and they don't waste any time, they are masters at their craft and some of the details in the work are amazing.

After each phase the cleanup was very diligent and my property was left in the same condition before they came, virtually spotless. This is a company that is super focused on customer service, customer satisfaction and just making their customers happy, just listen how the receptionists answer the office phone. I can tell you that they accomplished all of that with us and we highly recommend them to be your roofing company.

Talk about GREAT customer service, quality work and honesty! Joey and Evan have made my job as a property manger of 4 commercial buildings a breeze, when it comes to taking care of my roofing needs. They gave me an estimate and then negotiated a better deal, but they recanted and don't want to honor the deal. His salesperson Josh said it was because he "wasn't comfortable working with me". I asked why he said because I had called the office asking for him. The reason I did is because he didn't return my calls and because it was december 30th and THEY TOLD ME me prices would go up on January 1st, and I had already said no to other contractors based on the negotiated deal they gave me. In any event, that is a lame excuse. The truth is they don't want to honor their offer. NOT HONEST

So about 2 months ago our roof developed a leak, so I called Paul Bange Because they replaced it years ago. They made an appointment for Matt to come by and look at it, he failed to show, and I called late in the day and left a message. The following day I get a call wanting to know how the meeting went, I explained what happened and they rescheduled him for that same day.

He did show up, and I signed/returned a contract to do the work on a Time and Materials basis, each worker billing out at $180/hour. So after sending in the contract and not hearing anything for a week, I call Matt and he tells me he'll know when the crew will show middle of the following week and will contact me. Oh and because they did our roof, I was a "priority" customer.

Well that week goes by without a call and then another, so on Monday the following week (3 weeks from signing) I contact Matt and tell him the lack of communication is not acceptable and I would find another company. The other company repaired my roof yesterday. I get a call today from a very nice person at Paul Bange asking if they could come out and look at our roof as the warranty was going to expire soon!

I explained what happened and I believe they were honestly surprised by my story, and said they would pass it on to the owner, Paul. In any case I would never consider doing business with them again, just another shoddy, dishonest south Florida contractor.and wanted to share this with the community. I don't normally post a negative review but they earned this one, buyer beware.

Roof leaks following new roof. They did not want to fix them. They perforated my patio roof and probably parts of the other with 100's of holes, splitting the wood with sharp nails left visibly through the patio tongue and groove wood, with water leaking through the holes afterwards. They also put a vent over the roof wood, partially blocking the airflow.

Many loose nails and sharp objects on roof after they said it was ready for the next inspection. Sloppy work at very high prices and then leaving me stuck with no remedy accept expensive legal actions. I could not recommend them and was glad just to get them off of the property. It was like talking to the wall. They would not let me ever talk to this Paul Bange about it. AND YES, I AM SURE THAT IT IS THE RIGHT COMPANY! Name changed to protect the innocent. That is how much I mistrust you now.
