We hired Hamilton Bros. Roofing for a roof repair. It cost $1800. The roof leaked immediately. They came back re-repaired the roof. During the tropical storm, we developed a huge leak 6-8 inches from original work. Hamilton Bros. will not come back to inspect this leak, repair it, or consider a partial refund. We were therefore required to hire another roofer.

The roofer told us "the work that Hamilton Bros. Roofing did led to your current leak." Hamilton Bros. will not resolve my issue. When I told him I was going to take my complaint to BBB or small claims court, he told me he did not care "He has A+ rating" and he does not care about my complaint. Does this look like A+ rated work to any of you? DO NOT HIRE!

Great experience! Hamilton Bros. Roofing provides great service, great work, and at a fair price. After meeting and speaking with the owner Partick, I felt that Hamilton Bros. was a safe choice, the best choice for us! They pressure washed and siliconed the flat roof on my house -- waterproofing my roof. I would definitely use them again.

Terrible first impression. We were looking to get the entire roof done, so naturally contractors giving estimates may cross paths. Patrick showed up and saw another contractor truck in my driveway, so he left. That's it. Weak.

Patrick is exceptionally professional and responsive. We had a leak where our patio roof meets our house roof. We have been looking for someone to help us for months. Patrick came out and was able to diagnose our problem. The next day he was here with his crew and in less than 4 hours the job was done. I waited for it to rain before posting this review. We needed work done on our roof and we weren't exactly sure what we needed to do. Patrick came over, same day, to assess the roof and provide an estimate. He was transparent and explained the solution he recommended. We appreciated his candor and didn't feel like he sold us more than we needed. My precious Church had a huge roof leak with water coming in. I googled roofers and looked in my neighborhood account and researched local roofing companies. Patrick Hamilton was one of the three and his quote was the best so I went with him. He was timely and professional and got the job done quickly and well. Along with all of that, he is a really nice guy and I highly recommend him and his company to do your roofing.

I can't even believe this, but Patrick is an honest roofer who turned away business because he said it wasn't needed. I had roofers quoting more than 3000 to do work because i thought it was needed, and Patrick instead said no do this and you will be good for another 5 years. Professionalism, honesty, and integrity are always in short supply. He also called my back quickly and was willing to see my roof within a day (actually hours). He was referred to me from my home inspection company who also had good dealings with them so if you need a roofer call him. I know i will.

DO NOT USE! I used Hamilton Bros Roofing 3 times over the past 12 years which were all completed professionally, and that is why I chose Hamilton for my roof replacement even though their quote was higher than others. The experience has been nothing short of horrible, and I am seeking damages for their negligence and delays resulting in lost income from my rental property.

I originally accepted their bid in June 2017. it is now January 2018 and the roof is not complete. I have since found out that they sub-contracted the work and have not maintained any oversight for getting it done. Instead, they have placed blame for delays on everything apart from themselves including: permits, tile manufacturers, suppliers, and inspectors.

I know the excuses are lies as a neighbor had their roof replaced in just 6 weeks from start to finish during Nov/Dec. Furthermore, the work done to date is shoddy with poor quality materials resulting in additional damage to gutters and landscaping. This situation is the result of poor management and poor communication by Patrick Hamilton, who has passed on the oversight of the work being done in his family's name.
