Pritchetts Roofing Inc. was originally started back in 1980 as C&H roofing. Charles Pritchett and Herb Gifford worked together as installers for a few of the big roofing companies. They worked on the flat roofing crew as well as the residential crew. They both wanted to start their own company, so they decided to work together and C&H Roofing was born.
Pritchetts Roofing Inc. has been replacing roofs in the Puget Sound area for over 40 years. We have installed thousands of roofs during that time. When you hire us, we bring that experience. My brother and I started helping our father during our summer vacations when we were in Junior High School. Despite all that experience, each roof is different and presents its own challenges.
While many roofing contractors choose not to work on low slope or flat roofs, we love them. We are experienced in working with Torch down, PVC and TPO, although we don't recommend using TPO because of it's product history. The pictures to the left are of a roof we replaced in Tacoma for a friend of mine.

Im super satisfied with the work Pritchetts team did. They were speedy, clean, and the cost came in right at quote. They are easy to work with and communicate well. I highly recommend. I had two estimates Pritchetts was similar to the others, but i read about the quality and went with them. I highly recommend Pirtchetts roofing!

I enjoyed the honesty and craftsmanship that Jared pritchett provided for helping me on my shop roof. Then his brother Josh came and they got it done in one day right before the rains came. They worked with my budget and made it enjoyable all the way to the last nail. They also helped me with my leaking chimney several times, i will use them when its time to do my homes roof. Would highly recommend!

We used Pritchett's roofing a few times. We had them re roof our home which needed a little extra love under the existing shingles and these guys were able to get it done easily, affordably and efficiently, they also repaired our carport roof of a few leaks and just recently had one of them come over and put a roof on our newly built cedar shed. They proved to be honest and very experienced. Also, they are easy to look at, hahaha!
Just a little humor here. I have referred them to many of my associates, and will use these guys again. Oh yah, and they didn't leave a mess! They cleaned up and removed all debris!
