Had a complete roof replacement with some new sheeting provided and wood work at my garage/breezeway transition. I received estimates from 6 other "roofing" companies with no luck. Didn't feel comfortable with either the bid or the company proposing the work. Was told to give American West a call and extremely happy I did. Dylan came out and discussed all the options and from the get go I knew this was different.

Very knowledgeable, up front and communication was outstanding. When the crew came out, they were pleasant, worked around some vines we wanted to save, which was a pain, cleaned up nicely and just did an outstanding job. Very pleased with the work. Roofing costs have gotten crazy, but had no regrets writing out a check to these guys. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have a large home and had three bids from reputable roofing companies. Prior to committing to one of the companies, a friend recommended American West. Dylan, from American West, provided a very competitive bid and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. We decided to go with American West and we could not be more satisfied.

They completed the job (32 squares) within the time-frame that Dylan had prepared us for and left the place clean and restored. I highly recommend this company! Thank you Dylan!

I rarely write reviews. However, in my 30 years of driving I have never been the victim of road rage until now. One of their vans drove extremely recklessly, violating traffic laws and nearly caused a collision. I did nothing wrong and yet he proceeded to continuously cut me off for a couple of miles. I personally would not hire a company who employs people that display such a complete disregard for public safety and who have no respect.

I had the trim around my house painted, Tyler was the painter. He was an AMAZING young man who displayed ultimate customer service and took pride in his job. I know I have have an area to finish at no fault to you guys, but I'm looking forward to having Tyler come back and finish the job. Thank you

The front desk lady with long hair is soo rude! I was comming in to do business and she yelled at me and told me to get put of their parking spots! And called me names. Terrible rep for the business!

Wr recently had our roof replaced and after 3 bids from 3 different companies, American West came back with a very competitive price. After a little communication back and forth with them in regards to some questions we had we were sold. Extremely friendly, fast response time and quality was to notch. They were finished with our roof in just a couple days and left our home so clean it was as if they were never here.

What a terrific job! We needed our gross, decaying retaining wall replaced. From estimate to completion smooth as silk, no surprises, and now looks so lovely it's an addition to the houses value. Very pleased!

Lack of follow up on the part of the company that made commitments on several occasions that work would be done. They dropped materials off, pulled off part of their siding and were no-shows on 5 occasions. The foreman Mike hung up on the phone to my client. No apologies for lack of professionalism.
