The salesman, the office staff, the job foreman and the roof crew were all excellent. We have a lot of roof but they put on a big crew so finished it in 2 days. They put down tarps everywhere and cleaned up each day nicely and I'm picky. I would recommend them highly.

I called Cherry Roofing to re-caulk the storm ring on my chimney. They came out when they said they would, found some other needs (not many or major) and took care of it on the spot. The tech (Alex) was knowledgeable and professional. The price was reasonable. I had called another roofer that had a minimum charge of $200 and everything that Cherry Roofing did came in under that.

I called Cherry Roofing with a damaged roof vent that left a gaping hole exposed to very windy and rainy weather. Aaron was able to get one of his techs to swing by at the end of his already long day and replace the vent. Beautiful job done in a timely professional manner. Aaron just won over a new customer for any future roof work I might need. Well done to Cherry Roofing.

Great experience with Cherry Roofing. Our roof started leaking in a rainstorm on Saturday night. They answered the phone right away, connected me with Aaron (general manager), who outlined my options on repair work. We were set up 9am on the next working day (our choice) and Alex came out and identified the issue right away. He fixed what he could on the spot to stop the leak, and will be replacing the rest when the parts come in. With the heavy rainstorms we've had recently, and in the last several years, I'm always thankful for the installation by Cherry Roofing. I've referred as many people as have asked me. When we had our entire roof replaced a couple of years ago, the staff was prompt, professional and friendly. They got us scheduled as soon as possible, tore off the whole roof, replaced major portions of plywood, blew in more attic insulation, came on time and with what felt like every truck owned by Cherry Roofing. I interviewed and gathered estimates from nine companies for my new roof. Cherry Roofing is hands down the best company available. They display the very highest caliber of quality workmanship and customer service. Important to note is that they are always on time, utilize safety equipment and protocols, have a spotless Labor & Industries record, hire actual employees paid by the hour rather than day laborers paid by the piece, use the highest quality materials available, and replace your DISH satellite for you. Anuar did a meticulous and thorough examination of my roof and attic.

He is friendly, professional, and a person of integrity. He actually climbed up into the attic and inspected the entire area, as opposed to just peeking his head up into the attic. He gave me realistic and accurate estimates of the costs. The foreman on the job, Carlos, was communicative, ran a happy and hard-working crew, and showed great attention to detail.

The entire job was done in only one day! Afterwards, everything was immaculately clean. Everyone in the neighborhood is talking about it! Final inspection done by Chad was quick and professional with lots of photographs. Courtney and Carly in the office were always responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable! We are exceedingly pleased with the work Cherry Roofing did for us. Everyone from the initial inspector (VERY thorough), the estimator (also professional, thorough and very patient with all of my questions and concerns, as well as reviewing all of our options), the foreman and all of his crew (professional, prompt, hardworking and did a fantastic job - including the post job clean up. not one nail to be found!), the office/project contact (we spoke several times) and the post install quality inspector were all a joy to work with.

While our job ended up being a complete replace (something that couldn't be known until all of the existing shingles were removed), they were top notch with informing us of the issues (including photos and complete explanations) and options. I didn't get too many quotes, and Cherry was the highest one. But I loved how professional and understanding the staff were. The sale person, Anuar and Chad, the lead foreman, were friendly, sincere and informative. They showed up on time, and the whole thing was completed as promised. The staff cleaned up things nicely too. I'm very happy!

Cherry Roofing redid the roof on our rental in one day! My husband and I are very impressed by Brian and his crew. We are from Hawaii, so Thanks to the internet, communicating with Brian was not a problem. Brian answered all of our questions and concerns, sent pictures. They did an awesome job, we are very happy! Cherry Roofing just finished our house and did an excellent job! They worked long hours to get it done before it rained and they really went the extra mile for us. We are happy with the new roof and gutters and would highly recommend.

I have used this company a few times in the past for minor repairs, so when my dad needed his roof replaced we called them for an estimate as well as a few other companies. Our rep came out and inspected the potential project. After not hearing back from them I called and was told the estimate had been emailed to me, I searched my emails and no estimate was found, so I called them and was given the estimate of approximately $7,000.00.

When I was ready to move forward, I called and was asked to sign off on their estimate, I reminded them that I never received it and it was then emailed to me and when I reviewed the estimate it stated they were only estimating the main roof and not the roof for an ad-on that was recently done. I called and questioned this and was told the other roof was new and in good shape and not needing replaced.

I approved moving forward with the repairs. Recently we had some hard rains and I developed a leak in the ad-on section of the house, so I called Cherry Roofing and asked them to inspect. To my surprise, I now have an estimate for over $5,000.00 for an area that is about 25% of the space I just paid over $7,000.00 to have replaced and I was told the type of roofing used was wrong for the amount of slope there was on that section of the roof and I needed a flat roof style shingle or product.

I called and complained to the receptionist last Friday 1/5/2018 and was told a person would be in touch with me the following Monday. Monday came and at about 3:00 pm when I had not received a call, I called them and left a message with their answering service. This morning I was called and basically told that they remember the conversations differently and the estimate is what it is.

This is not good business, they are the pro's right, they should have noticed the roof issue to begin with and now they want to make huge profits on a second visit. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau next and researching my options. I would take extreme caution in doing business with this company if I were to do so ever again and I most likely will not and will tell everyone I know that is roof shopping to do so as well. Darin
