We already researched the item that we wanted to purchase. When we called in, we spoke to Richard who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He absolutely simplified the rest of our buying process. When we mentioned we'd come down today to buy it, he offered to have it brought out, pulled up and ready to look at. I offered a deposit or commitment to purchase beforehand and he said he'd have it on hold for us. (We came from NJ). We finalized our purchase and appreciate the wonderful experience Richard, thank you! Definitely would recommend.
