Richard Wall is a kind, decent man and that means a lot to me. Competence is equally important and his workers have proven to be exceptional. Superior Exteriors did the roof, garage, and windows for the 2nd and 3rd floor of my house. I had a terrible leak that started from a 3rd floor bathroom window. The leak went down the north side of the house. Superior Exteriors tore out the rotted wood under the stucco that was damaged by the leak.
They replaced the rotted wood. Other companies had given estimates but did not understand that the 3rd floor window was causing the problem. I have recommended Superior Exteriors to my daughter for new windows, my neighbor who got a new roof and my sister who also had work done on her roof. I value customer service and I appreciate people who treat you like your project is important. Richard Walls has that gift and he is professional. I recommend Superior Exteriors.

We hired Superior Exteriors to fix siding that became loose off the side of our house in March 2019 due to strong winds. We had very strong winds again and the portion that was fixed is now blowing off again, it looks as though it was not connected properly. We paid $1500 in March 2019 and now in April 2000 the owner, Richard Wall, tells us to fix (the same repair again) it will be $1000.
I am also completely appalled by the professionalism and response. When coming out to look at the recent damage he said the whole side is coming off, the fact is, the only part that is coming loose is the side he supposedly fixed. The other areas are secure. I do see some of the other reviews from the past, the most recent being 2016, unfortunately it looks as though things have changed. Please beware if selecting this company for any work that you would like done correctly.

Superior Exterior has painted our front porch and stairs and did repair work outside the fourth floor of our building replacing shingles and installing siding. Both times the works was completed in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction. The employees of Superior Exterior were professional and very friendly. I hired Superior Exteriors to refinish my deck and the siding on my house. Both were weathered and in need of refinishing. Richard, the owner, came out surveyed the job and then sent his crew leader to follow up. They provided an estimate a week or so later and after we signed the contract the work started with in a week. The weather was dodgy all month with lots of rain.
The crew did not try to squeeze the job in or risk working when the weather was a risk. When it rained, they came later in the morning to let it dry. When it rained two days in a row, they waited two days to let it dry out again. They did everything that we agreed and the workers, along with Richard, were courteous and respectful.

Have used Superior Exteriors to replace all the 100 year old original windows in our condo and have been extremely pleased with not only the windows we selected, but the overall service & expertise of Superior Extteriors. Richard Wall has been very professional to work with; and his installers (Robert & Merrick) are amazing.they are prompt, pleasant, very professional, thoughtful, clean up the work area very well each day, and quick. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience.

Run, don't walk away from this firm as fast as you can! They did a horrendous job when they replaced the roof of our home which was built in the 1920s. They failed to install any eave ventilation so that the attic did not vent correctly. We ended up with severe ice dams. The owner Richard Wall told us that "ridge vents are so effective you don't need lower ventilation." We learned the hard way that is just not true.
They also messed up the roof line when they installed the ridge vent so that the ridge was curved rather than straight. The roof looked awful. Part of the problem was they they just subcontracted the work to another firm and then failed to supervise them. The workers left my roof partially complete for THREE days while they took another job. Richard Wall did not stay on top of my job at all - I was the one to tell him his workers didn't show up. Their bad job was one of the reasons we quit restoring the house and sold it as a tear-down.

Superior Exteriors was hired to do some work on our condo building this past winter to repair the roof and leaking parrapit wall. According to our building management, they chose Superior Exteriors because their estimate was the most reasonable and the owner came out himself to assess the repairs. The work was completed in a neat and timely fashion and the owner even came by several times while the job was being done to check the progress. I have since referred this company to co-workers and friends. I highly recommend Superior Exteriors!
