Established in 1991, Roofing Technology Associates, Ltd. (RTA) is a team of qualified and experienced professionals specifically trained to be problem solvers. RTA is a full-service roof consulting firm focused solely on roofs. The firm was established by founding partners Michael V. Mathers, RRC, Michael C. Bode, RRC, and Michael W. Wilkinson, RRC.Our goal is to maximize the value that clients receive from our roof consulting services. We accomplish that goal by stressing quality and thoroughness on all of our projects.

Roofing Technology Associates, Ltd. was founded to provide roof consulting expertise to Building Owners, Property Managers, Design Professionals, Contractors and other people involved in the design, construction and maintenance of roofs. Our goal is to provide the best quality roof consulting services to our clients to meet their needs.
Our staff of graduate professionals majoring in architecture and construction services are continually educated in roofing technology, building design, construction technology, and roofing theory and practice. We participate in a variety of speaking assignments within the roofing and construction industry.
RTA provides start-to-finish service when selecting, designing, and monitoring a roof system installation, as well as maintaining a roofing system. We provide specific project parameters - specifications - for roofing contractors to follow. Specifications include site-specific design, scaled drawings, and details.
When you know information regarding the roof, such as its type and age, but want a general idea of its condition. Our visual surveys involve a review of the interior of the building directly below the roof, a review of the existing roof, flashings, related sheet metalwork, and a review of the building exterior as it relates to the roof.

Bob is very knowledgeable, and professional, and has help several of my Condominium communities problem solve, and plan their roof replacement programs.
