Campbell's Roofing Company - Vandalia

Do not use this company. When we were moving out of our house, our realtor contracted them to replace the roof. When I called to work out the financials, their receptionist was completely unprofessional. We had a meeting so I could give her the check, I called because no one was at the office and she proceeded to talk to me for 20 minutes about her divorce and how she was not at the office because of it (after we had a scheduled appt). 9 months after I wrote them the check I began receiving phone calls saying I hadn't signed the back.

They then proceeded to send the "unsigned" check to my old address conveniently so I have no proof of where my check is. I spoke with the owner and advised him I would not, under any circumstances, work with his receptionist anymore and she was 100% responsible for any bad experiences anyone had with the company. Nearly one year after we've moved out of our house and we just gave him the new check. Save yourself the worry of this company being a complete scam & go with someone else.

Discovered that our enclosed patio was leaking. Jamie from Campbell's responded quickly, thoroughly inspected the roof and recommended several options. We decided the patio roof replacement with 10 years warranty would be our best option. All the work was done professionally and on schedule. We are completely happy and satisfied with the company's work and communications. We will definitely use Campbell's again for future projects.

Campbell's roofing saved my house. Twice. When my 90+ year old dormer roof buckled, spewing water into my dining room and pantry, the Campbell's team were the only crew that could show up the moment it stopped raining and replace the faulty roof with an excellent new rubber roof. They know what they're doing. Seriously. These guys could roof a submarine.

And they do it for reasonable prices that just make sense. If you need work done, look no further. Learn from my mistake, and start where my search for reliable roofing ended. I won't work with anyone else in the Dayton area.

We had hail damage, and the owner personally assisted us through the multi step inspection and approval processes. Once approved, the company was very clear about how much time it might take to get supplies - a few weeks due to supply chain issues. Instead of that wait, they ended up delivering the project ahead of schedule. The crew was very professional, fast and clean.

The whole house plus an additional 3 car garage was done in only 2 days. I even think my driveway was better swept than it was before they started. I highly recommend this company. And did recommend them to my own neighbors.

Excellent response time. They had the job finished even faster than they estimated and left the property cleaner than it was before they arrived. No damage to the yard or landscaping, and I found no nails on the ground at all (we have dogs and this was a concern). The continuous gutters are a huge improvement, and so far they have been working flawlessly.

When I contacted campbell's to inspect my roof, they were here fast and did a complete inspection. They scheduled to be here on site to meet with my insurance adjuster and submitted estimates right away. Once our claim was approved, the work was scheduled quickly. The installation crew showed up on time and worked non-stop until the project was done.

The crew was respectful of our property did high quality work and did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterward. Our new roof is beautiful. I will definitely trust this company with all of my future roofing needs.

Campbell's is so responsive and professional! When buying a home, Fred was very quick to perform a roof inspection as per the general inspector's suggestion. He also wrote up two quotes for me to decide how to proceed--one for a full roof tune-up and one for a full roof replacement. He did a great job on repairing and tuning up on my home to be sold as well.

Campbell's applied metal wrapping over the wood trim on our English Tudor style house. Wow what a difference it made! We no longer have to worry about wood rot or yearly wood painting and our curb appeal increased dramatically. They were professional and efficient. We've used Campbell's for several services and they are always our first call for exterior needs.
