This was our first experience with them and very happy with the quality and most importantly on the follow-up on the work. We had one downspout that appeared still slightly clogged, when we reached out they got it taken care of first thing next morning. Will certainly use them again. At the suggestion of a friend, I think we have been using Dr. Roof (Dana) since about the time he got started.

This was our first experience with them and very happy with the quality and most importantly on the follow-up on the work. Dana and company repaired a roof leak from a worn out valley. They also addressed ventilation issues. His crew fixed an additional issue that I pointed out but wasn't clear on the exact issue, but they knew what it was and dealt with it. Sadly, they were the last place we contacted after so many other companies, we wish they had been the first because they gave the best customer service and we felt really comfortable with Dana - he was personable, honest, down-to-earth and realistic.
They came out and got the job sooner than expected, quickly and so far, seemingly adequately (i.e. no more leak, and a dry attic space and roof that's also venting properly). Pricing was very fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend for roof repairs and maintenance.

I worked in the construction business and I know the real deal when I meet a contractor. Scheduling with Julie was easy and Dana showed up quickly. I had the quote within a day (rare for a contractor) and it was a no-brainer to accept it. Jason and another worker showed up on time and did the job in half the time expected. Really great crew and I appreciate the thorough communication with all involved. I highly recommend Dr Roof. Oh, and they squeezed my in before their regular time-out because I am listing my house. I've known Dana for 35 years and have used Dr Roof exclusively for regular maintenance when I had a shake roof. He's also come out from time to time to do roofing related "odd jobs" Dana has proven himself to be honest, trustworthy and reliable. His prices have always been reasonable except for a moss removal quote which was considerably higher than the competition.
When Dr Roof was taking care of my shake roof, it was pretty much a one-man operation. Later he took on someone else who was always great the few times that he came by. I get the impression that the operation may have expanded. Dana and I were both young when we first met so he may be retired or semi-retired by now. I did contact him very recently for yet another roofing-related "odd job" so we shall see how that goes. But overall, and for the past many decades, Dr Roof has been a very reliable roofing solution provider and well worthy of a five star rating.

We are moving, so we had an inspection done and the roof had a few items on it. Dr Roof came out quickly to assess the roof and ventilation over the garage. He recommended we add some vents to help the attic breathe, fixed a shingle and some flashing. Very professional and timely. A few days later, they completed the job in one day! I would highly recommend.

I called many different roofing contractors when I discovered a recent roof leak and Dr. Roof was the only contractor to call me back. Dana came to my property and first inspected the problem site, then inspected the entire roof. Dana pointed out a few problems from when the roof had been replaced most recently and made suggestions for what items needed to be addressed and which items could wait until the next re-roofing. Dr.
Roof was responsive and did quality work at the price originally quoted to me in a short amount of time. I called Dr. Roof at a neighbors suggestion and am very glad I did. I will use Dr. Roof again!

I needed moss removal done on the roof and vent replacements if required. Dr Roof quickly gave me a bid. They showed up on time, kept communications open and honest. They even took pictures of broken vents and showed me what they had replaced with (again sent me images post replacement). The office staff (Valerie) was also very pleasant and put me in touch with the person doing the repairs (I forgot the name).
Both of them provided top notch professional service at a very reasonable price (I shopped around before settling on these guys; so I know the pricing). I would recommend them.
