Griffith Roofing

Gilberto Alfaro came to our home to give me an estimate on a new roof. He answered all my questions and clearly explained what would be done. What totally surprised me is what he told me after inspecting my roof. He said I had plenty of life on my roof and he found no problems. He wouldn't feel right about taking my money and installing a new roof! What integrity. If you are looking to have a new roof installed I don't think you could be in better hands than Gilberto and Griffith Roofing. Five Stars!

I was going to use this business, however the representative that called me back was so RUDE and Dismissive to me I would rather have my entire roof cave in then use this company. I left a vm for the Owner, hopefully I will hear back. Single woman DO NOT USE this company. The men speak down to you if you do not understand everything about roofing. The representative became angry that I could not explain what was on his google map. move on, there are other companies.

I would recommend Griffith roofing for a hot tar roof. If you want a energy star single ply roof. They just will not be competitive. I don't know why anyone would buy a hot tar roof. They stink when installed. have a short life span. They are heavy. hard to replace. TPO is the way to go. Make sure Bob Trisch does not work on your single ply project.

Working outside apartment complex way too early in the morning, violating noise ordinance. called the guys to complain, nothing happened. other people have to work too.

Had a minor roof leak that took 20 minutes and a shingle to fix. Received bill for $260. They came out quickly and fixed problem, but price seemed high for what was done. Was told that's the normal service charge.

I reported a moderate problem to Griffith Roofing at 7:30 AM. A very professional technician was at my property in three hours. Had the original problem (and two other minor ones) 100% resolved by noon.

I had a very good experience with Griffith Roofing on a small job. I contacted GR through their web form and asked them to bid on installation of a permanent roof anchor. A day or two later, a representative phoned me. We were able to talk about my desired location for the anchor based on overhead views of my house from Google Earth, so that was handy.

We agreed upon a price, that there was no particular need for me to be home during the installation, and that I'd be mailed a bill. A few days later, my roof anchor was installed while I was away at work, and a week after that I received the bill. just as we had discussed. I've since used the anchor and am happy with it. Anyway, the reason I'm writing such a positive review of GR is that from start to finish, they were responsive, accurate, and hassle-free. Although this was a small service call, I think that the sort of promptness and efficiency I encountered must be indicative of GR as a business overall.
