Garland Roofing Co, family owned business, is great to work with for roofing and fencing. My roof installation was done in 2014, and they did a great job! Most recently, April 2021, I worked with them for a new 8 foot, board-on-board fence. Again, they did a great job! Love my roof, love my fence. If you need roofing or fence work, please contact them. Terrific experience with Garland Roofing Co. Prompt, competitive estimate delivered electronically. One of the best work crews we've ever had work on our almost 100 year old house, so we know pros and efficient work when it's performed. They were also one of the cleanest groups ever working on this old house. Big selection of roofing products and styles to choose from. Couldn't be more pleased!

Garland Roofing did my roof in 2018 and they did an excellent job. Afterwards, I thought I had a leak. They came out and checked the roof twice and could find nothing. It turned out to be a water leak from underground piping. They don't appear to be very web savvy. Todd was great to work with though.

The repair they made failed to fix the roof leak and when I called them to come back out, they never got back to me. A couple weeks went by and I attempted to contact them again, but no reply. Secretary did initially tell me that there was basically no guarantee on the work they performed and t I should prepare to pay again. No, thanks.

My rating is based on my multiple direct interactions with this company. They repeatedly call offering some "free service" which is clearly a scam to get you to say yes to opening your wallet. I did not initiate the contacts and when I told them I didn't appreciate the unsolicited calls they said "whatever" and hung up on me. No business that's worth paying for their service will treat customers like that nor will they disrupt the lives of their potential customers.
Whatever you do, they're clearly hard up and it's probably because the poor quality of work that they do, so I recommend avoiding them at all costs. Additionally, notice the lack of information and couple it with the conflicting information their website. Notice that they don't say who they are on the web site and the guy who hung up on me didnt tell me his name when he called. any of the times he called.
They claim over 30 years of quality roofing, but on the same page it says they've been doing it since 1964. How is it that I'm the first person to leave a review? Not once single satisfied customer in 54 years is what I find. Their website also links to a page that's not found and their superpages page, which again has not one single review.
