One of the drivers was busy on his phone and came into my lane less than a foot from truck. I followed him to his office nobody speaks English till someone came out, ask what I wanted. I told him, all he said was I will look into it. Gave him truck number plate point out driver and he did nothing

We had a downspout damaged due to high wind. Pyramid roofing not only fixed the downspout where the hinge was damaged they checked all of them and fixed another one that was close to breaking. Now that is service! Service: Gutter repairs

I would never recommend this company. My roof has been leaking from when they installed it. They tore up the flashing and didn't properly put it back. They blame siding that was replaced summer 2020. However it absolutely didn't leak til they tore up the roof. Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Pyramid Roofing did an outstanding job installing our new gutters in April 2022. We were cautious about this installation as we had the unfortunate experience of having our gutters replaced by another company less than a year ago. After excessive leaking and drainage issues, we found out the entire job could not be repaired and needed to be fully replaced. Nick, our Project Manager, was here to help.

He and Ritchie did an outstanding job explaining why our gutters were not meeting our expectations and answering all of our many questions about how their installation would be better. They were able to complete the job quickly with no disturbance to our landscaping. The crew went above and beyond by touching up the paint on areas that were scratched when removing the problem gutters.

After our previous horrible experience with the other company we were very pleased with all aspects of Pyramid Roofing - sales, installation and clean up. Best of all the gutters are working perfectly with no leaks!

I had called pyramid to have some shingle on the back of my house that have blown off. And when the salesmen Joe Shanks came out he also. Took photos and looked into the attic and went over and beyond and realized one of my exhaust vents was not hooked up and they gave me a very good deal on the repair for the shingles and just hooked up my vent for free, and the repair guy Cole was very professional and did a Awesome job and helped answer some additional questions I had about some things, they took care of me and just said to call them when I actually need a whole new roof. And I surely will! Would recommend to friends and family! Great people and job overall

Just had new roof installed by Pyramid Roofing. They were efficient and professional. Chris Babb was professional and kept us informed of every step of the process. Office staff, Ronda McCarthy was very kind and professional in answering any questions I had. Both are to be commended and are assets to the company. Thank you Pyramid Roofing! I highly recommend this company.

They were very professional, showed up on time and did a very good clean up, and answered any questions I had, my sales guy Michael Flegg I would recommend to any one, and I had one issues where I needed a down spout that came loose and the warranty team was out right away and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Thanks to Jaymie, Matt and Kyle. Just overall a great company.

Pyramid replaced all of my siding and all of the eternal wood on my home. They also installed gutters and gutter shields. The crew was on time every day and did a great job of completing this project and cleaning up afterwards. Ambrose & Anthony were great to work with. Ambrose returned after the job was completed and went over my house from end to end.

He found a few minor things that he wanted corrected and brought the crew back one afternoon to finish to his satisfaction. The last day of this installation of siding was the Friday we had the hard rains and high winds that uprooted trees everywhere in Omaha. Ambrose noted that rain was coming and got his gutter crew to arrive by 3:15PM that Friday to get gutters on my home.

They worked until 9:15PM that night but finished the job. This saved my basement as the hard rains we had would surely have created flooding. I have had Pyramid replace a roof for me before and I was pleased with this work. I continue to be pleased with this massive siding job that was just finished. I would clearly recommend Pyramid for your home maintenance needs as they do good work and do what they say they will do for a fair price.

New roof on house and garage. We had Nick Solonynka as our sales and point man. I would highly recommend call Nick at 402 319-2207. The crews were great guys and they cleaned our property as if it was their own. We had gutters replaced and the craftsmanship equalled that of the roofing. We have a 95 year old home and it deserved the best. I think Pyramid was meant to work on this roof. G. Dowding.

I have a really tight budget and a slow leak, pyramid came to give a free quote on the fix. They quickly found the problem, and came back the next day and fixed it. Excellent service, really fast response and a more than fair price. Since the fix, we've had one huge storm and the fix has held up great. 10/10

II have used Pyramid for several projects. They installed fascia wrap and vinyl soffit. They are great to work with. Communicated through the whole process. Install team was professional and very accommodating.

We used them for a new roof, gutters, and siding over two projects. I enjoyed working with the salespeople. They showed us a nice range of options and the bids were very competative. They were in contact before the job started to make sure they had a good place to locate materials and dumpsters, and to let us know what we needed to do to get ready. The workers for both projects were punctual and did a nice job protecting our property. The work went smoothly and I was happy with the clean up afterwards.

We called them for 3 projects we had in the house, one of which was a leaking roof issue. We were told over the phone that they did all 3, and they set up consultation appointment in our home. At that appointment, we were told that they did not do the other projects (which is why we went with them), but would look at the roof. The guy was very nice, but spent the entire time telling us that we'd need to have a massive section of our solarium ripped out to the tune of at least $5,000, and that that was not work that they did, and he didn't have anyone else to recommend.

When pressed for an alternative, he agreed that there were less drastic alternatives that could be tried first, and he agreed to send us an estimate for that option. After a week, with no estimate sent, my husband contacted them. We then received a postcard in the mail that they could not do the work. Complete and total waste of time.

It was a great experience using Pyramid. Courteous, professional, attentive, and they also handled the subs for my gutter and window trim installs as well. It made things easy and smooth from my end. The roof install went very well and now I have neighbors and friends constantly paying me compliments (and giving envious looks) on the new roof. Ben did a great job managing the project.

Have worked with Pyramid Roofing 3 times over the last few years. Every time they impress me more. Very competitive, fair prices and straight forward business practices - no hidden agendas and pleasant to work with. They have now roofed all my properties so I should not have any need for them for some time- but if I do need roofing services in the future Pyramid will be my first call.

Hail damaged our roof in May 2019. Contacted Pyramid and Joe Shanks was assigned as Project Manager for our repairs to the roof. He was a delight to work with as he explained the whole process we would go through normally. Unfortunately for us, this was not a normal repair as the entire roofs sheathing had to be replaced. He explained what would be happening and the extra cost, and worked with the insurance company to get the job completed.

It was a pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable and professional person. He made certain everything was done correctly. The help we received from the entire Pyramid staff was absolutely great, and we thank them all. The roofers themselves did a great job on the roof, and cleaned up after themselves terrifically. I have received a number of complements on the look of the roof from my neighbors. If I ever need another roof, Pyramid Roofing is who I'll be calling, and asking for Joe Shanks!

Unimpressed with service so far. 3 items were ruined during roof installation and 1 item that was contracted to be complete was not started. The company constantly says someone will call or be out soon. But now it's been almost 2 months and there is still no word on when things will be fixed. Their 'warranty department' is a joke! I finally told them to cease all further repairs.

We will privately contract the rest of our work. The roof installation was done quickly, and they cleaned up well, which deserves at least one star. Unfortunately their customer service is terrible. I will not refer anyone to use them again, which is sad since they are local.

Pyramid and the crew did an amazing job in replacing our roof. The PM Ben McClelland did a great job working with the insurance company adjuster and keeping us informed. The installation crew was great. Very organized and provided us with a great roof and replaced damaged gutter-guards and downspouts. Their cleanup was great. EDITED: THEY NEVER PULLED A PERMIT! Worst experience ever.pictures are worth a thousand words(these are just a few). PLEASE SEE PHOTOS.the damage that they did and will not repair unless I pay them first (not sure they will repair or the quality of the repair if they get paid) and the undenialable horrible quality of the the work. Two holes through the roof into the interior ceiling from intoxicated workers.

Just look at the pictures they tell it all. Advertisements on the radio and tv are paid advertisements-keep that in mind when you are looking for a professional roofer that stands behind the quality of their work! Total re roof and gutter! The roofers caused more damage to my home than the hail.

I'd put ZERO stars if it would let me. i couldn't tell you how disappointed we were with this company. When we first got the roof done a year ago it was great spend multiple tens of thousands on a roof with Pyramid Roofing. 2 years later the roof started leaking in multiple spots LONG before the ice problems existed. they came out and their repair guy said they did 3 things incorrectly and they would call to get someone out to fix it. they also in the contract had to fix the interior damage that was caused by the roof leaking. after 3 months of me calling them trying to get someone out to fix the roof they called me back and told me they weren't covering any of it due to ice damming which it isn't since it existed prior to the snow and ice this winter and they had an excuse for why they couldn't cover the other issue that caused an entire wall in our upstairs to have to be torn out. i recommended them to 3 people and ALL 3 had similar issues and they refused to cover their work even though it's in the contract that they have to cover you for 5 years. DO NOT under any circumstances use this company they do not stand behind their work as they say and is in their contract and your roof WILL most likely leak and cause interior damage that they will find some way to not cover.

We hired Pyramid in July or August- after all the hail storms. Adjuster came out.took several weeks to hear back. Then took awhile to hash it out with insurance. They dropped off their supplies in September- had to call several time because where they placed their pallets of stuff blocked access to a garage door and when they came to move it, they put it right in the middle of the driveway.

We ended up having to move the stuff ourselves. Their stuff sat at our house for a month.finally came out to do the roof mid October. Assured us someone would be following shortly behind to do the gutters. Did not hear anything from them the entire month of November. After about 6-8 phone calls (from us to them), finally got here to do the gutters.

Never called with updates or to let us know when things were happening. But they would show up with no warning after NO COMMUNICATION and expect us to be out of their way (dogs, cars, etc). Took 2 days to do the gutters and then they did not return to finish. Had to call several more times to find out why it was not finished and when they were coming back.

Now we got put to the back of the line again and it took another week to come back and finish the gutters. All told, this was about a 4-5 month ordeal with no communication from their end. I seriously feel like if we had not started calling them on a daily basis, our work would still not be done.

I'd advise you to look anywhere else besides Pyramid if you need roofing work. After a hail storm smashed up our roof, I called Pyramid. Every day or two for next couple weeks, their salesman called and e-mailed me asking when we could sign a contract. After meeting with him and hearing a very well rehearsed and "too good to be true" sales pitch, we signed a contract and handed over a large check.

I asked when the roof would be done and the sales guy said we'd hear from someone in a couple days and we'd be scheduled and done in two weeks. Our check was cashed two days later, but we never heard from the sales guy or anyone in their scheduling or insurance offices ever again. We called repeatedly and were told, "We'll have someone call you tomorrow." Six weeks later, we were told that they couldn't get shingles.

They signed more contracts than they could handle, knowing they couldn't get supplies or crews to do the work. I brought that point up to one of their upper management and they didn't do anything other than state, "That's just how it is." By that point it was mid-October and we asked them to cancel the contract or be held in breech. They did and we had the roof replaced in less than two weeks by a much more competent roofer.

Got the roof replaced. Still leaked and they claim it's not under their warranty. Been calling for weeks and can't get the issue resolved. Terrible.

Terrible experience. Set up an appointment. They called when they were supposed to be there to say they weren't coming. We rescheduled and after they were 50 minutes late, we called. They asked to reschedule. I said no, and hung up.

Terrible experience with these yahoos. They subcontracted the roofing work to be done above my entry way. Soon had water damage on the ceiling. After having to call many times to get them back out, they started the re-work. With the work half completed, a heavy rain storm happened. The house flooded - the entryway destroyed. It was literally raining inside the house.

After many more calls to get them back out, they finally did the work properly. Great. After agreeing to get someone to fix everything inside the house, they disappear again. It's always "we'll be there tomorrow" with these guys. Horrible customer service, horrible work. I'd suggest to find someone better, and anyone would be better.

Horrible experience, everything they did on our home needed to be redone. Don't let them on your property. Sincerely, Bart S.
