Combined, Toby and Aaron have over 40 years' experience in the construction business. They and their home repair staff are dedicated to bringing their customers the highest standard of service combined with the friendliness one can expect in dealing with a family-owned business. Our families live in Seward County and Lancaster counties we and enjoy our communities very much. We know that living life with those we work with and those we serve is the best way to operate our business and raise our families.
Aaron joined Toby as a partner in Nelson Contracting at the ripe old age of 17 and has been trying to figure out what happened ever since. Today, he's the guy in charge of growing our roofing company through marketing and sales. When he's not glued to his phone, he enjoys listening to classical music, drinking obscene quantities of coffee, fishing, and reading almost anything except the directions.

We want to give a huge Thank You to Toby, Aaron, Art & crew. They came yesterday to take down our dinosaur gutters & install new gutters with gutter guard & downspouts. They were very impressive in getting the job done right, left no mess & just the nicest group of guys. They look so awesome! The gutters are very good quality and the install team was respectful and friendly, but the communication with the main office was inconsistent. After making our 50% down payment our installation was pushed more than two months and I had to follow up multiple times to get information. When I paid the final bill they'd left questions unanswered and didn't respond to several emails. So, overall, we are happy with the gutters for the amount we spent, but don't know that I'd recommend them for complex projects that require a lot of management.

Call Aaron Nelson of Nelson Construction (402) 803 4324 ASAP to get on his hail damage inspection schedule. After the May 2016 severe storm, Aaron and his team ensured our roof and my parents roof, gutters, garage doors, and more got professionally replaced by going toe to toe with the "reluctant to be fair" insurance company adjusters. His. expertise and certifications made the difference.
He knows every move the insurance companies try to make to reduce their pay out to return homes to just like new condition. Pro tip: Do not have your homeowners insurance company's adjuster come to evaluate your home's damage without having a pro like Aaron present. Good luck is not what you need during the coming 8 weeks as you deal with your home's damage. You need a pro like Aaron and his team to reduce your stress and to make sure you are treated, and compensated fairly.
