Recently Trademark Roofing Company did some roofing repair work on my home. Based on the service I received, I am more than grateful to recommend this company to homeowners searching for an exceptional roofer. After our first initial meeting, Eric was able to fix my repairs the next day.

And better, he completed the job in a day. The repairs done included replacing rotten fascia boards and soffits with new, freshly painted materials. Eric also cleaned my gutters, replaced + painted rotten wood porch railings and sealed holes created by carpenter bees - all at no extra charge. It is noteworthy to mention that Eric honored the contract created with a previous employer a year ago.

They were late for the initial appointment, didn't come on scheduled day for the repair but did come a day later. The roof repair looks horrible! Vast difference in shingle colors, think they used shingles left from a previous job! When mention to them about the color difference, they " claimed" that is what was on initial shingles! They gave a competitive price but shabby workmanship!

I would never use or recommend them ever! Was told if I provided more shingles, they would replace.my husband said NO! Paid them to do the complete job, professionally but this was not the case.

Used them years ago to repair a roof leak and the service was great. Not so this time. The roofer appeared to not want the job, he said he couldn't find the leak. I told him the roof was getting old, he said for me to call my insurance company and never gave me a price. This would have been a big job for them, without the hassle of insurance if only they gave me a price.

I was referred to them from my Nextdoor app, and they came out quickly to check the roof and sent a timely quote with very competitive prices. We were very pleased with the work that was performed. Eric and Bobby were AWESOME! We know who will be replacing our roof when the time comes!

This company was hired to replace my roof almost 4 months ago. There were several soft spots in the sheeting underneath that were written into the contract to replace. The crew tried to lay the roof over those without replacing them and, had I not been watching pretty closely and climbed the ladder, got on the roof and asked them to remove the underlayment and then sat and watched while they repaired the places I don't think it would have been done.

Then immediately after the job was done the entire porch had wrinkles everywhere ranging in height from about 1" to over 3". The owner said that was normal but that he would immediately come back and fix it. Well almost 4 months later and multiple phone calls and nothing. The owner talks like he's the best roofer around but he totally sucks

I would give minus 5 stars if I could. Although Trademark had worked on our roof before, they did not show up for a week, although saying every day they would be there. When they finally did show up, the crew did not know what they were supposed to do and started randomly shingling over the existing shingles on the roof. When my husband called the office, they said they would "pull that crew off the job and get a better crew out the next day." However, no one has showed up since and there are bags of tiles all over our roof and a dumpster in the driveway, despite the woman in the office claiming that the owner would come out personally to pick up their materials. I don't see how this company stays in business if this is how they treat customers- especially repeat customers!

I've used Trademark twice with a terrific experience both times. The response time was quick. They showed up when they said they would. The work was quality - he took the time to explain what needed to happen in a way that I understood. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. Thanks Trademark!

Trademark repaired and later re-roofed my previous house for a total of around 8,000 in revenue and did a good job on both. I called them and mentioned that I was a repeat customer and told them that I needed a roofer to check out a leak in a house I have under contract. They said that they charge 195 for roof inspections and could have someone out today. Hello- Why would I pay you to check out a house I don't yet own when I've already hired you twice before and would most likely hire you for this job? One of their competitors was more than happy to help me out, so guess who I will call in the future.

I have several rentals and rehabs. They have worked on at least 3 homes, 2 repairs and 1 complete roof. I have been more than satisfied with the work, timeliness, and customer services. I will call them again and again.

I can safely recommend Trademark Roofing for any roofing needs, be it repair or replace. I called for an evaluation after a roof leak. Eric and team did a repair, thinking I could buy some time before a replacement. However, with a particularly rainy fall and winter, other leaks appeared. Eric deducted the amount I paid for the repair from the price of replacement.

They showed up on time, did the job in a timely fashion, completely cleaned up from the job, and sent me many pictures of my new roof. Professional, responsible and trustworthy.

These guys provided a fair quote, fixed the problem quickly, then called to follow-up a couple weeks later when we had another bad rainstorm, because they wanted to ensure everything looked good. I've never had a company follow-up like that to double check their work. It turned out there was still a very tiny leak, and they came out immediately and fixed it right up. No problems since then. I will be calling on trademark roofing for all of my needs in the future.

I also got a quick initial response and a reasonable quote. But then, Eric would not return my calls after I asked him the next day to schedule the work! And, even then, he pretended not to remember who I was from the previous day. LOL Crazy!

I got a reasonable estimate from this company but he never showed up as scheduled nor returned any of my phone calls. Sometimes things happen for a good reason. For the same price I got another more reliable and professional company to do the work and it was done to my satisfaction. They've done additional work for me with good results and with consistent integrity. I'm glad Trademark messed up!.

When I called for an estimate I was impressed at how quickly the contractor identified the source of the leak in my roof. The problem came when I called to schedule the job. He said he'd call me once his crew was available but he never followed through. I called back several times to try to schedule the job and each time he told me he'd be out the next day, then never showed up and never called back.

If it's this hard to get him to do the job before payment, I can only imagine how hard it would be to get him to come back out if I had any problems during the warranty period.

Trademark has worked on 3 different homes for me (2 needing repairs and one full replacement) and they have done a wonderful job each time. In both repair cases, they were able to fix a long standing problem that other roofers where unable to I highly recommend them.

I found this company on a services website about 7 years ago and I have used them every since. The number one reason I continue to call Trademark Roofing is because of their staunch service delivery, integrity and customer service. I had severe roof damage to my home a few years back and I told the owner I was paying out of pocket but later learned my insurance would cover and I presented him with the insurance check and he refused and stated, "my price is my price regardless of what the insurance company gives you." I thought wow, what an upstanding and rare gesture these days especially when the previous roofing contractor wanted double and was attempting to gouge me for an insurance payment.

I knew once he said what he did that Trademark Roofing was the company for me. I will use them for all my roofing needs. I have used them for large jobs as the aforementioned and small jobs like woodpecker damage. Trademark Roofing has exceeded my expectations every time! Thanks guys!

They've fixed the roof at 3 of my houses so far and each repair has been fantastic. In two of the three cases we had gone through multiple people attempting to stop leaks that were persistent problems - often at great expense, inclusive of having an entire roof section rebuilt at one point - to no avail. Then came Trademark. They were able to fix those persistent leaks the first time at a reasonable cost (we were skeptical that they could do it where others had failed - BUT THEY DID!). AND. they called back a year later to ensure that the issues had not come back, offering to come back at no charge if the leaks were back (they weren't) - NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We've had other non-related issues since then, and each time, they have responded promptly (often the same day) and they remain very courteous and reasonably priced. Trademark has become a go to company for me when I have roof issues because they have proven that they are extremely competent, reliable and fair.

I found Trademark Roofing through Service Magic, and selected them over a couple of other companies that contacted me because Brandon seemed professional, personable and knowledgeable when I spoke to him. Brandon and his colleague showed up a bit later than we scheduled, but he called and let me know that an earlier appointment unexpectedly ran over; he communicated his time-frames very well.

Their work was quick, efficient and they were both extremely pleasant. I'm very pleased with the quality of work and would use them again; I will also refer them to friends.
