Interstate Roofing

Interstate saved our Roof and our sanity! The wind tore shingle off in Sheets! We called a (terrible) roofing company who came out, made promises to meet the adjuster and get it all covered. They failed, on every level. The insurance wanted to patch it, they stopped communicating with us, and we didn't know what to do. Scott came to our rescue! He saw our frustration and took the fight out of our hands. He got our whole roof covered! The team was amazing, the roof is beautiful, and the process was simple. Thank you Scott and everyone at interstate for coming to our rescue!

Rob at Interstate was wonderful to work with for our new roof. I called Interstate one day and within 30 minutes, Rob called me and set up a time to look at our existing roof the following day. We only needed a small section of roof replaced, and that was done and cleaned up in less than a full day's work. Our new gutter was then installed and it looks great. I have a detached garage with a mediocre roof and will absolutely be contacting Rob to have Interstate replace that roof as soon as it is needed.

Late in the day on a Friday, I noticed that my garage ceiling was leaking. I called Interstate without much hope that I would get a service tech to look at my roof until the following week. Ben Laird called me within an hour and said that he would stop by that day. Ben diagnosed the problem and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. He said that I could probably make the repairs myself and gave me all the materials that I would need.

I called Ben that weekend and asked if he could come back to my house, which he did on a Sunday. I contracted Interstate to do the repairs and also install a TPO roof on the Primary Bedroom Balcony. I received a quote and the work was performed the following week. The quality of the work was top notch. In general, have a basic mistrust of Contractors, but working with Ben was a joy. I would highly recommend Interstate.

Ben Laird is a class act! He worked me into his very busy schedule when pictures that I sent him indicated a potentially dangerous situation. As a property adjuster for Allstate I work with several roofers daily. It is rare that one goes so far above and beyond as Josh Bosley. My customer had made sure to tell me how good of an experience she had getting a new roof from Interstate. He did not try to apply any ridiculous fees, supplied excellent work and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

This is only the second time in my career that I have felt obligated to leave a review for a roofer, and Josh most certainly earned it. Thank you guys for working hand in hand and making this difficult time for the customer a positive experience.

Ben was all around a GREAT find. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He performed a challenging repair with ease and great skill and did it quickly. Terrific work ethic. He even provided very value insurance and insurance claim information that I have passed on to my HOA/neighbors, potentially saving us huge repair expenses. Thanks Ben! Ben was my fourth call to a roofing company to address a moisture problem in my attic. The previous three roofers admitted that they honestly had no idea what could be causing the condensation. Ben, however, was able to diagnose my problem over the phone.

He then took time after his daily appointments to come over and show me that my problem was not from faulty roofing but from a poorly connected vent from my washroom. It's rare you get to watch a true expert work in real time, but within fifteen minutes, he had the problem diagnosed, showed me where the vent wasn't venting, shut off the fan, and placed a personal call to a vent specialist to have the problem permanently fixed within the week.

He passed the fee on to his vent expert and refused to accept any money for his visit. What he did earn, however, is my loyalty in the future and this review. I highly recommend you call Ben anytime you have a roofing issue. He is the standard for quality and expertise by which everyone else should be measured.

The people at Interatate especially Branden were top notch. The speed and quality of workmanship was amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone need roof work done. Ben Laird is the best! We called Interstate based on their reviews to help us with our poorly installed roof, which is just a year old. It had leaked several times and we did not know what to do! He jumped right in and checked it out. That same day he replaced several vents and, when we figured out that wasn't the entire problem, he agreed to fix it immediately or to just supervise the original roofers. Interstate knows how to install roofing correctly and they understand how to do it right.

This company was terrible. They do horrible work and left a huge mess in our yard. They forgot to put up our gutters and we had to call several times and 6 months later they finally finished. They also put them up completely incorrect as well, which caused a lot of damage. They left so hundreds of nails in our back yard and front yard. 5 Years later we haver had them come and fix our roof 8 times and it still leaks. We finally had to get a new company because we are just finished with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely a horrible company, I would never recommend these people to anyone, there basically storm chasers, they come in heavy with a lot of talk to make themselves sound good but as soon as you sign the contract and pay the first half down getting ahold of them is impossible, getting them to fix the problems you have with their work is impossible. Horrible communications, I called them several times over the course of five months trying to find out when they would come back and fix the stuff that was not done right. and they never called back. they only finally showed up when they wanted the second half of the money and acted like nothing was wrong.

I had to tell him again that I wanted the problems fixed. and only when I told him I'm not paying till the job is done did he start to make attempts at getting things fixed. Today is December 5th my roof was done at the end of July. They finally came back today to start the repairs but when I told them I was not satisfied with the way the new decking was laid they argued with me and basically refused to fix it.

I am the paying customer I am paying out of pocket for the re-decking, I don't care about their opinion or if it will "pass Inspection" as the paying customer they need to do it the way I want it as long as it's within specifications and passes inspection's But they don't care about what the customer wants, they do the bare minimum to pass inspection's, im sorry but when there charging me $2500 dollers to re-deck my roof right over the top of the old decking with out removing it, I atleast expect it to be doen correctly and the new peak to be in the same place as the old peak. maybe I'm nitpicking about the peak and it may pass inspection but it ain't 100% correct. I aint paying for a sub-par job that meets their bare minimum

These folks are very nice, but have a difficult time returning calls and meeting their commitments. We decided not to use their services because they spent more time blaming one another than actually meeting their commitments.
