Frank Cinque and his team (Nate & Oryan as our on station Project Mgr & lead carpenter) installed a beautiful new 15'x15' porch (14' high) aligned with a 15'x19' deck all neatly tied to our existing roof/siding and right off of our sliding glass doors in the back of our home. It took their team exactly 3-weeks from start-to-finish and this included the necessary inspections. Frank is also recognized for his responsiveness and wins the excellence award for customer service!

Great experience from start to finish. Honest, straightforward estimate without all of the sales pressure. Quick progress to the installation day and the team was prompt, clean and very friendly. They worked extra hard to make sure the landscaping was not damaged as they removed the old roofing materials. Cleaned and swept each day with a magnet. Our house is over 100 years old and had some original cedar, which they carefully removed and repaired where needed. Dumpster was promptly removed, and there was no debris when the job was complete. New roof looks perfect, was exactly what we asked for and there were no issues at all. Honest, clean, careful and communicative. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish on our 6 double hung and one bow window project with Advance went seamlessly. All team members were professional and knowledgeable. The 600 series Okna windows are of exceptional quality. The install team of Tom and Mathew did a great job. Within two days, the only way you can tell someone was here, were the beautiful new windows.

Advance rebuilt my deck, tore it down started from the ground up, did a great job, very pleased. They just installed a pre-hung entry door and storm door. The storm door was sticking on one side, made a call to advance someone was out the next took care of the problem, everything is working as designed. Overall I've found this company to thorough, professional and timely. Highly recommend.

Rob routinely kept in contact with us prior to construction and quickly answered all of our questions. Dave and Bill consulted us on a design change; we took their expert advice and everything came out beautifully.

We wanted to match the two new windows installed during Kitchen renovation 11 yrs prior. Initially called a local company who sent out a rep, did a quick walk-thru, scheduled another person to come and measure for estimate, who never showed. After calling and reschedule, still a no-show. I then contacted Andersen Corporate in MN, who recommended Advance.

What an amazing difference! Matt Skibiki arrived when promised, very professional and knowledgeable. Impressed us as a gentleman who was very familiar with all aspects of the job. After expressing our displeasure with the manner in which the two windows were trimmed outside from our prior renovation, he assured us that their work would be nothing like that.

He contacted us with their estimate shortly thereafter, with a personal promise from Gary the owner that we would be very impressed with their workmanship or they would make it right, which was documented in our contract. Gary Craig then came and measured for the order, another great guy, obviously very experienced and professional, indicating that our inside trim would be left intact unless they found some bad wood. Amazing!

We were forewarned up front that the order would take months, totally understood especially during the supply-chain issues in today's world.heck, we'd been waiting 32 years, what's a few months.! Megan had to reschedule us a couple times for weather issues, but the big day finally came on the coldest day in 3 years! The install crew arrived punctually that morning, Cory, Mark, & Ray, more great, professional, and courteous guys!

What a team! They worked like a well-oiled machine, really put us at ease regarding the outside trim, and did IMPECCABLE work! In bitter cold no less. These guys did not mess around, were so friendly, and did really craftsman-like work, cleaned everything up, even removed the film and stickers from the glass. Just can't say enough. We don't even need to paint the inside trim, just amazing.

And outside is very tastefully trimmed out.totally transformed our house-just incredible! We're SO glad we found Advance, and will be calling them again. I apologize if I left anyone out, rest assured that everyone we had contact with throughout the entire process was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. It's a big investment & you worry about the entire process, we couldn't have chosen a better outfit. Thank you!

Advance just replaced our old falling apart deck with the Trex system, and it looks GREAT! The head of the team that replaced our deck was very pleasant, neat, and did an excellent job on the deck. If we had questions, he was always more than willing to answer them. Great team, fabulous deck - great job - would recommend them to anyone that needed a new deck. And it only took them 3 days to finish even with the rainy weather. Finished earlier than expected, and very sturdy.

2018 Our 1st experience with Advance Inc., has been a memorable one, to say the least. We wanted to get entire outside of house redone, removing & replacing: roof, siding, windows, gutters/down spouts, porch post. Starting with our estimator Rob Coursey, he was personal. Rob helped us through every detail, with his no rush, no pressure personal attitude.

We were told the entire job would take roughly a week, contingent on weather. The roofers, siding & gutter crews, all showed up on time, everyday, were all very polite and patient with our daily questions. As you can imagine, when the entire outside tear-off happens, things can look a little ugly, especially with demo debris. We soon realized.no worries.

Every day, our property and even our neighbors properties, were cleaned up like nothing happened that day. The entire job was completed as promised, not much more than a week. The PM Gary Craig was on top of every detail along the way. Alice, the very patient office mgr., was always friendly and avaialbe. The end results, we have an incredibly beautiful home, many of our neighbors stopping and complimenting the work done.

Owner Gary Derrick, has much to be proud of, his staff, his crews, his customer service is unmatched, in this very competitive business. I would not only use Advance again, I would highly recommend them to anyone. GREAT JOB ADVANCE INC.!

Absolutely wonderful. I can not say enough great things about advance. We just had two of our Bow Windows installed in our family room last week and we could not be happier. Starting with the excellent customer service I received from the office in Newark, De. Scheduling was easy and fast. Rodney came out to our home and was very professional and knowledgeable of the products and services they offer.

After that, he scheduled for Gary to come out and measure everything so he could order the windows. The crew that came to our home to install the windows were very professional and well skilled in their craft. They covered everything in my home in the area they were working so nothing would get dirty. They had the windows out and the new ones in only a couple of hours.

And they look incredible. The trim on the inside of the home and outside looks great. I did not realize how much of a difference a nice trim would make. The windows are beautiful and they are extremely well-priced compared to the other two estimates we received. We already have our next two sliding glass doors on order with them. Highly recommended.
