Professional Foundation Technology

Same review as others. When initial work is needed they are pretty prompt, but if you need follow up or warranty work, forget it. We have been trying to get them here for nearly a year to adjust piers that three men agreed needed to be done. What's worse, they don't even have the nerve to tell you if they're not going to do anything.

A few years ago 9 piers were installed by this company, as well as material pumped underneath in the garage and living room to try to help level out the concrete foundation. This was all done by the company's recommendation. I am currently experiencing more foundation issues and it has taken months to get someone to come out and look at the issue.

When someone did come out, he said yes there is an issue and we will have a structural engineer come out to try to determine what is going on. They were to pay for it since there is a warranty on the work performed. NO ONE has called me to schedule the appointment. It has been over a month and I still have heard NOTHING. I have called multiple times and only get apologies from the person answering the phone.

I asked to speak to a manager/owner/someone and was told there really is not one? This shows they do not honor their warranty OR their work. I do not have time to continue to call and try to get much needed work done. Meanwhile, the problem is only getting worse. Update: A year later--still waiting for response from company. Reported to BBB and a person came out the next day.

I was told they would call the next day to schedule the work. 2 weeks later and still waiting--so here we go again. Update: 3 months after coming out because of BBB complaint and work is still not complete. They just called today to say AGAIN they are not coming out. I do not recommend this company!

Pro Foundation came out and installed 4 piers. Initially we were pleased, house seemed more stable. However, quickly noticed dirt was not compacted and when it would rain water would run down pier installation sites. Contacted company, sent emails with pictures and phoned. After multiple attempts, they showed up without phoning and added compacted new dirt.

We noticed house shifting, contacted company. They again sent out a gentleman without calling who took measurements and agreed there was an issue. No further communication received. We phoned and emailed for months. Finally when my husband missed a third day of work they showed up and said it was fine. Measurements were "off" and we "live in an old house." We do live in an old house, but now we are contacting another company to repair our house Foundation and joistd/plate. Total waste of money.

Jeremy Pope came to our house when we called about a leak during heavy rains in our basement. We have an odd setup in the affected area. Jeremy walked me through the options his company could do, but first he thought I should try getting bigger gutters. He believes during hard rains the water flows over the gutters and is the cause of our leak. If that doesn't work I will definitely get him to come back out.

His honesty and integrity were refreshing. He cared about what was best for me, rather than just trying to sell me a job. I highly recommend you give them a try if you're having any issues.

Wonderful experience with Pro Foundation Technology! We received several bids from other companies, but Kyle was the only who went into extensive detail about the scope of the job and used his tools to instantly tell us the slab in our kitchen was dipping 2.25 low. Everyone else just estimated based on walking around the room. He quoted us a fair, fixed price which made us feel comfortable since there was no exact number for how many pounds of material would ultimately be needed.

As we got closer to the job, I had several follow-up questions and Kyle was extremely responsive, helpful and reassuring. Edgar & Nathan performed the work for us and they were great! They walked me through the entire process and were friendly, knowledgable and efficient guys. Give all those guys a bonus & a raise! Since they were already on-site with the material, Joe offered to lift our driveway as well for a fraction of the cost. Overall this was a great experience and we would 100% recommend these guys!

Very poor Set up appt cancelled never called me back Called again and again only voicemail Just got a bill for work not done Awful after initially not being able to contact them, they completed all work with excellent results. so far has lasted longer than mud jacking. possibly being new they needed more office coordination rather than field worker communication. would recommend on results after intial frustration.

Kyle came out to evaluate the foundation after we had water in our basement following a week of heavy rain. He told us we didn't need to drop the big bucks on a full repair yet and offered advice for improving the drainage around our house, which should fix the problem in the future. I really appreciate getting an honest appraisal of the issues instead of just hearing that we needed to pay ~$6000 for repairs that aren't even necessary yet. We will improve our drainage and continue to monitor the situation. If we need the work done in the future, Pro Foundation Technology will have our business.

Very professional, timely response and the best thing is they fixed the leak. That's why I called them. Would have no problem referring Pro Foundation to anyone. Called other companies to repair the leak and was given very very long lead times just to get a quote. Pro Foundation jumped on the problem within a couple of days. Also the repair was Warranted for a year and is transferable to new owners.

One last thing, they even reduced their original quote after they were finished. When's the last time you've seen that? We have had several major rain storms after the repair, not a drop of water! Thank you for a great job.

They had to do two appointments--One for drilling holes in the concrete and injecting poly-expanding foam to fill voids; and one for putting in a sump pump. The job appeared to be a quality job that will hopefully solve the leak problem. We have not experienced any leaks yet, but have not had a severe enough rain storm to truly test the system. So far, so good.
