The folks at Bliss Roofing are the best! Chris came over and viewed the house and came up with a very reasonable proposal for new smart vents to be installed. He also answered all my questions in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The crew was headed up by JR, and they couldn't have been more polite and respectful! They did a fabulous job and I am extremely happy with the results. The work looks amazing! Thanks to all of you at Bliss Roofing, my house is now properly ventilated!

Bliss roofing did a great job on my recent roof installation. Everyone from office staff, to scheduler to roofing installers are knowledgeable and very efficient. Both being very helpful, honest, and patient with our concerns, our new roof looks beautiful! Very prompt. Quickly assessed job. Discussed possible causes of the leak and best plan to find it. Worked efficiently and was careful to minimize removal of existing roof and flashing. Identified cause of leak and made repairs, restoring to original look while using new felt and shingles. Very professional and reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Bliss had a fantastic crew do our roof. Did an amazing job and was completed in 2 days from tear off to completion. Was followed up by salesman Les who went over everything that was done. I was dreading the expense, but when the job was complete I was glad I did it. Most of all my wife liked the color and when the gutters were completed, I never say her so exited about the gutters. I needed two skylights replaced in my roof. Before the Bliss bid, I had two others. Both told me I needed an entirely new roof at a cost of $20k+. I just wanted my leaking skylights replaced! Bliss Roofing sent someone for an inspection and said the skylights could definitely be done on their own and I still have at least 3+ years left for my roofing. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of Bliss. The installers were a lot of fun and fast! I would recommend Bliss to anyone!

Late November 2021 we needed to have a roof vent removed and the roof patched after our water heater was changed out to a high efficiency unit that now exhausts out the wall of our home. We called Bliss who had previously done our entire roof in 2018 to do the work. They were here the next day and had the work done in less than 2 hours. We were thrilled with the work Bliss previously did but were amazed that they were able to come the next day to remove our water heater vent and perfectly repair the roof.

In one of the recent major storms out roof was leaking vigorously in one area. Bliss came out promptly and reliably and fixed it for a reasonable price. Thank you Bliss!

I can not say enough good things about Bliss Roofing. Bliss Roofing replaced our roof in October of 2018 and did an excellent and efficient job. The property was kept very clean during the work day and all the ground equipment was organized and out of the way at the end of each day. They cleaned all the cut shingles and nails out of the gutters and left the site clean.

We have had no leaks since the 2018 install. Recently in November of 2021 we needed the vent from our replaced gas water heater removed from the roof to allow for the installation of solar panels. The Bliss crew was here within 2 days and had the work done in under an hour. Bliss Roofing does great work and they are very responsive. Our roof looks great!

I worked with Les from Bliss Roofing and had an amazing experience. He inspected my roof, gave me a reasonable itemized quote, and got my job on the books quickly. His team showed up on time and worked effectively everyday. Once the job was completed, another company was supposed to hook-up our bathrooms fans. When they told us they no longer could, Les sent someone out to assist within a few days. He is quick to respond to messages and will take care of you from start to finish. I highly recommend using Bliss Roofing!

This is the second time we've used Bliss Roofing. They did our house several years ago and it was so nice to see a company put out so much effort to make us happy. When they were done, they cleaned up better than it was when they arrived. This time our detached garage had a leak. They found and repaired the leak on the first visit! It had been repaired previously by another roofing company.

Great experience with Bliss. We watched the good job they had done at our neighbors house last year, so when it was time for our roof, we called for a bid. Their bid was competitive with the other two we got, so we went with them because we had seen their work. The crew was on time each day ( even in challenging weather) and our yard cleaned up at the end of each day. We would recommend Bliss to anyone who asks.

Had some shingles replaced after having cable dish taken off of roof. Also, some minor repairs. Gentleman was timely, efficient, and completed everything expertly. I had used Bliss originally to have a new roof put on about 12 years ago. I have been extremely satisfied with all interactions with Bliss personnel. I would have them do work for me again.

Years ago Bliss Roofing put a new roof on our house. They were very professional and did a great job. This past year a facia board on the house needed replaced. I called them and they were happy to come and repair it and they did it for a fair price ($1,350.00 for anyone needing that done). I was told that they don't usually do that kind of work but because they did our roof to begin with they would repair it. The only problem was that they used slightly different color shingles even though my husband told them we had extra shingles from when they originally did our roof.

Bliss did a great job on our roof. Ours was a complicated tear off, provided lots of opportunity for the crews to figure out how to replace sections of dry rot, and was overall a long, hard job. That said, Bliss was continually optimistic and worked tirelessly to make our roof right. The follow-up, after the sale, care has been equally phenomenal as the job they did on our roof. Highly recommend Bliss-- plus, they are a local, family owned company, how cool is that?

We are a returning customer. Our 2nd project with Bliss (a complete tear off & replacement on our main home) was completed back on May-2021 but with work and life getting in the way I neglected to leave a comment of the outstanding work they did back then. I was very happy with crew in how they respected the property, by cleaning up after the project was complete - and the roof looked beautiful.

There was delays in the progress due to weather but overall completed on schedule. Fast forward to December - the week before Christmas.over the weekend before the heavy pouring winter rains started. Thats when we notice a small leak. I called on Monday first thing to schedule a roof tech to look at the issue, I was figuring with the Holidays it may be a few weeks for them to look at the leak.

The roof tech called back that same day and he would stop by that afternoon. He was friendly and wore a mask. He quickly found "the minor issue" he said and showed me photos of the repair. Over the years, we have had several wonderful experiences with Bliss Roofing and have also highly recommended them to friends and family who have also had great experiences. If you need roof work done, they are the ones to call!

Ours was a complicated project, but Bliss has seen it through and made it all right. We had a cement tile roof with an edge lip and discovered the gutters were originally installed incorrectly so had lots of rot that Bliss expertly replaced. Nice people, great company that is locally owned and operated. They did a great job for us!

After much searching and talking to several companies, Bliss Roofing got the job. In 2003, Bliss replaced the original shake roof on my home with the super thick shakes like it had. That roof was 51 years old. Last month I had Bliss come out and do another job for me, a different structure. I got the same quality of product and work as I did on the first job. Their clean-up was impeccable. If you have shakes, I highly recommend Bliss.

Bliss was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I didn't have a large job, just a couple of attic fans, which kept many companies from even wanting to look at the job. Bliss didn't mind the smaller job and was prompt to come out (look at the job), get a quote back to me (which was a very fair price) and get me on the schedule to do the work. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough!

Bliss Roofing has done work for us in the past and we called them and 2 others to bid a re-roof of my shop. It was a time sensitive project that had to coordinate with our solar company to remove then replace panels. Bliss was the only one out of the three to respond timely and professionally. They were there when we needed them and the work is top quality.

Thank you Bliss Roofing for making this happen for us. BTW, the solar company appreciated the tie-off anchor your crew installed on the opposite roof from the panels. Nice touch to offer them a bit of safety.

We needed to have some issues on our roof fixed and had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Incredibly nice people. They were prompt, hard working, efficient and thoroughly cleaned the area every day after they finished. They also took pictures of the process and finished areas to show us what they did. We would easily recommend this company without reservation.

When I purchased my home in 2018 (19yo home with tile roof), the previous owners had used Bliss Roofing so I tried them as well and wasn't disappointed! Fast, reliable, professional and friendly - what more could you please ask for? Oh that's right - quality work which I get every time. From preventative maintenance to fixing broken tile and even cleaning (although they don't clean anymore, but have a good referral), I've been so pleased with the work Bliss does, I gave their name to my managers for some of our properties (I'm in the property management business). While I don't want to need to use them again (means I've got a problem), I won't hesitate to call Bliss Roofing for any of my roofing needs!

Their guy was rude, was not wearing his mask and almost hit my truck while pulling away. Very unpleasant experience

I had a very minor leak in one of my bedrooms so reached out to Bliss Roofing to investigate and subsequently do the repair. Not only did they quickly identify the roof cause but also identify other problematic areas that needed to be repaired. Their crew came out, did the repairs, all for a fair price. I felt like I was dealing with a fair and honest company.

I will follow up on this review in the winter to see if the repairs in fact fixed the leak so more to come. If so, will upgrade my rating. But at the end of the day we all want to feel like we're not paying any more than we should on anything and that is how I feel about Bliss Roofing!

Why four and not FIVE Stars? Because I believe there is always room for improvement. But, as far as Bliss Roofing, Inc. is concerned, they don't have far to go to get FIVE Stars. Our experience with Bliss and all the Bliss employee's we had contact with, was nothing less than exceptional. The room for improvement.? Had someone from Bliss given me the winning lottery numbers, then that would have generated FIVE Stars. However, I do give them FOUR and 9/10th Stars The replaced underlayment, the insulation, the Ice/Water layers, the CDX plywood, and the beautiful finished metal roof, are beyond our wildest expectations. We highly recommend BLISS ROOFING, INC.

I've been using Bliss Roofing for quite a few years for annual cleaning and repairs. I've always had good crews who are conscientious and very cooperative when I make requests. They do an excellent job cleaning both the roof and gutters, as well as cleanup of the debris all around the house. I highly recommend this very professional roofing company.

I don't hate them, I don't love them. They are EXPENSIVE. I have hired them to find a leak in my entry, they cleaned the valleys (over $2000 ) still get the leak intermittently. The leak is in an outside entry way and drips onto my concrete on the walk way into my home. I called them back again, they cant seem to find the problem. I am going trying a new tile roof company CC &L next time.

Our older concrete tile roof was a challenge when we moved in. There were leaks and failed patch jobs as well as a challenge to match the tiles. Bliss got us through this nightmare and stayed through the issues that arise during the winter. I heartily recommend them for repair of any roof, especially the challenging ones!

Bliss Roofing did an excellent job cleaning and repairing my roof. The personnel were very professional and courteous. They kept me informed of progress and issues. The quality of the work was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

We were referred to Bliss by a friend we respect a lot. From day 1 the management told us things would be one way and they turned out another way. For example, they said my flower and veggie beds would be covered, but they never were. The crew who worked on my house spoke very little English and were pretty rude. I speak Spanish and they called me the fat girl multiple times.

I found it nearly impossible to tell the crew what I was asking. I tried to talk with the oldest guy on the crew. He was standing in my raised flower bed, on one of my plants and basically turned away and walked off instead of trying to figure out what I was asking. The latest in the long saga is that we have a bill for the roof and gutters, but no gutters are installed.

My husband is so nervous about their workmanship and is constantly up on the roof checking things over. It's been 2 weeks since they started the job. We went on vacation for a week expecting the gutters to be on when we came back. No such luck. But we did get a bill in the mail! Mark the project manager and Stephanie said we would do a final walk through before we paid. Guess that's not a real thing either.

Bliss Roofing was excellent every step of the way. Every time I called, they picked up immediately. All my questions were answered and I felt valued. They showed up on time when they were scheduled for the bid and when the job started. The quality of work was top notch. I am very particular about things when it comes to materials used and craftsmanship. Bliss Roofing exceeded my expectations and was professional the entire time.
