Granted, I had them replace my windows @ 20 yrs ago. I don't recall being told the labor was only guarenteed for 5 yrs. The windows are guaranteed for life, I think.

The quality of the window is impeccable, installers were terrific, everything ended up excellent. Their lead times happened to put my project on hold for a month and a half. That's not their fault. But their response to me was not empathetic or customer focused. We will use them again. Because they are better than everyone else.

I was so excited to start the process of remodeling our Ferguson home. 3,800 sq ft 7 bed rooms 4 bathrooms. We got our estimate for the windows with no problem. Then when it came to the kitchen and bathroom remodel estimate I was extremely disappointed. The contractor called the day before my estimate and stated that he has done his research on my home and stated that I had plastered walls and they don't work within homes with plaster.

I stated that I don't have plaster anywhere in my home but he insisted that I did. RED FLAG. At this point I don't want your business since you won't even listen or believe me. Then he goes on to state how expensive it will be to do all the work I wanted as if I'm not aware or can't afford it. I ended the call and immediately called another company that came out and confirmed that I don't have plaster in my home. Needless to say, we won't be getting new windows or updating our kitchen and bathrooms with Dalco. So disappointing because you all were our first choice. We just feel like we have been dismissed.

This is a great local company that provides high quality products and exceptional service! I had them install new windows on my home. The windows are awesome, the installer was professional/attentive to detail/and efficient. They stand behind their products with a lifetime warranty and the windows look great. My neighbors have used them as well and have been very pleased with their windows and doors.

It's all about the money with them to me, not building life relationships that will keep you coming back. The quality was not as good as I thought that it would be for the price and the hype around their reputation! The photos speak for themselves!

We had a very positive experience working with Dalco for several recent home projects: new roof, replaced a sliding door, and had siding installed in areas that were painted wood (the rest of the house is brick). Doug was our sales/project manager and he was great to work with. Our selection and installation process was long due the fact that we were also having a patio installed (different builder).

It was important for the projects to go in a certain order and Doug/Dalco were accommodating to those needs without any issue. We had several bids for the projects and Dalco provided the best value.

Dalco was easy to work with and did a great job. My home was damaged during a storm and Dalco made working with the insurance company very easy and painless. Doug Meyers from Dalco did a great job handling the project and keeping me updated as he fought with insurance. Once the work was approved by the insurance company Dalco didn't waste any time. All the projects (roof, sliding, window, and gutters) were finished quickly and professionally. Overall, I don't think I could have picked a better company to work with.

We have worked with Dalco on refurbishing various aspects of our home since the early 90s. They have put on a new roof, gutters, front door, and all new top of the line windows with the easy clean from the inside feature. In addition they converted a large front window to a bay window. On the inside they gutted and remodeled two bathrooms and the kitchen (our most recent project).

I loved my cabinets so much we had them added to our office/craft room. I have always enjoyed doing my own designing and found it very easy to work with the salesmen who helped me realize my vision. They were willing to research and track down materials I requested. Any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. Both the salesmen for interior and exterior projects, as well as the crews completing the jobs were a pleasure to work with. We have been very happy with the workmanship and quality of the materials. Through the years we have and continue to recommend Dalco.

We first used Dalco for new siding on our home in 2010. That project was done professionally from Bill our sales professional to the installation team doing an an excellent job. When we decided in December 2017 it was time to replace the windows in our 29 year old house, we researched various companies and once again chose Dalco. We made the correct decision.

Bill was our sales professional again, explained our options, gave us new ideas for types of windows we were not aware were available that have made a wonderful difference in our home. The installation team again was outstanding replacing 20 windows in 2 days, with clean up and as little disturbance as possible. We feel they offered the most reasonable price for the quality of the windows, as pricing quotes did differ between companies. Thank you Dalco for a great job!

I obtained competitive bids from several roofing companies for a new roof and found that I got a lot more from Dalco for a very competitive price. The communication throughout the install process was very good. With some background in construction I observed the install. What I observed was a lot of little things being done to insure a weather tight roof that is prepared to last.

The peace of mind dealing with a local reputable company was also important. I know if there are ever any issues that Dalco will stand behind their product. Happy in Lake Saint Louis

When purchasing our new home, our inspector noted significant hail damage on the existing roof. With closing just around the corner we needed the roof replaced promptly. Dalco responded right away, provided a very competitive bid that both the seller and my husband were happy with. Then they responded even faster with crews and materials to complete a high quality job in no time. We closed on time, moved in and now enjoy the sharpest looking roof in the neighborhood.
