DO NOT USE. Mr. Robinson the owner talks a good game but is full of it. He replaced our roof and did not install new flashing. Now there is a leak in our closet which has caused damage to the wall, carpet and clothing and he refuses to answer his phone. We recently called from.a number he did not recognize and he answered and hung up upon finding out who it was.
He attempted to fix the roof in the same Spot prior to this but used caulking instead of the flashing it needed so it is leaking again. We have had to call him multiple times since installation for leaks because his company did a poor job. He guarantees his work but is not a man of his word. DO NOT USE. Find someone reliable and honest. Still waiting on a call back 8+ weeks.

I had an appointment scheduled. It was confirmed multiple times through a service it seems. I received a call from the person planned to come out approximately an hour ahead of time. I felt he was not desiring to come but I told he I would be there and needed my roof replaced. I got there and waiting 20 minutes before I called customer service for Robinson. Enterprise.
They told me they would call a service manager. An hour passed and no one. Horrible service. I just needed to get the job done before the hurricane or rain. They could have atleast provided me the courtesy to let me know they were not coming
