Terrible communication from the office and inconsistent information from the same estimator. Look for a better company for roofing repairs.

We have used Roofsavers Locke Roofing on two separate and unrelated occasions. They continue to exceed expectations with not only the promptness of their service, but also the quality of their craftsmanship. We highly recommend!

I've used Roofsavers before and they were reasonably priced and efficient. Today I had a re-estimate done. This was due to the first guy never even going up to look at the area in question and giving me a $2,740 estimate. This is 3x the amounts I have paid before. I understand we're in a high inflation cycle right now, but 3x the amount for similar work conducted previously is ridiculous.

I got a call back from the second estimator, and of course he sided with his coworker and said the estimate was legit. Then proceeds to tell me that I should probably just get that whole section of the roof replaced. That was the whole point of me calling these guys in the first place. So much for reasonably priced and efficient. Sad thing is, I've recommended these guys to other people and gave them more business. As of today, I will now be telling folks to stay clear of Roofsavers, and I guess tell people, in the words of my estimator, "might as well get your whole roof replaced".

Business owner is garbage. Not willing to provide any customer service or take any responsibility when his company fucks up. I've had three other companies give me quotes since then and all were explicitly more clear in what they will and won't do re: gutters. Roofsavers is garbage. Don't book with them unless you like garbage employees and garbage owners and trash customer service.

Roofsavers Locke Roofing is, by far, THE most reputable roof repair company in Tucson. The work completed on my roof by the crew---Luis, Zeke and Julian---was impeccable. A roof surfacing coating company in Tucson damaged major sections of the roof by using the wrong materials to "correct water ponding", causing substantial damage to an otherwise well maintained roof.

Once I discovered the damage, they never responded to my requests for even an evaluation of the damage caused by their poor workmanship. Beginning with the estimator from Locke, it was apparent that it was a company that was professional and highly qualified in every respect. I highly recommend them without reservation.

We got an inspection from Roofsavers, then tried to hire them to do the necessary repairs. Apparently they wanted us to remove our gutters before they could do the work, although this information was only contained in a vague sentence on the second page of the work contract my wife signed off on three months before they were scheduled to begin work. Importantly, it was not conveyed in person, not conveyed in the two documents they sent us indicating what we needed to do to prepare the roof for work, and not conveyed when they called two weeks before the job was scheduled to be completed.

When my wife brought this up to the manager she was speaking to, they belittled her, acted as if this information should have gone without saying, and accepted no responsibility for the mistake. Something this important should be communicated clearly, but was not. Roofsavers customer service was atrocious, and the manager was patronizing and rude.

And look at that. Excuses. Excuses. Excuses. The owner doesn't care that his supervisor was incredibly rude, condescending and antagonistic. It's incredibly clear this is a terrible company to do business with. Be warned, do NOT work with them. They will treat you like crap and then just defend their own poor behavior. I actually asked to speak to the owner yesterday.

The supervisor told me "he's retired now and doesn't care about your complaint". Huh, I guess he cares enough to try to defend his terrible excuse for a company on Yelp. The company is just full of rude, lying employees that do NOT care about providing quality services. Do NOT hire them.

I had significant amount of roof work done that took about a week. Roofsavers was very professional, beginning with the estimator who wrote up a detailed estimate which none of the other roofing companies I got estimates from did. Roofsavers had a long backlog of work so it took awhile but it was worth the wait. Joe and his crew did a great job. They kept me informed of issues and took great pains to do the job right rather than just doing stuff and moving on to the next job as quickly as possible.

The parts of the roof work I could see from the ground were very well done and it gave me confidence that the work on the roof that I could not see were also well done. I highly recommend Roofsavers.

We hired Locke during the monsoon to address a leak for the roof in our garage. The repair held up initially, but returned with the December rains. We informed Locke and they responded professionally - they came out immediately, identified the problem, explained details of the needed repair, and spent two days addressing the same at no cost to me.

It's reassuring to have a contractor you can count on to honor its warranty and promptly address repairs when needed, and it's a pleasure to leave a positive review when circumstances merit the same. They came out to look at our roof. The gentleman was very honest and straight forward. He even personally showed me so I knew and understood what he was talking about. I expected to receive a quote within a couple if business days, but he said he would have it to me that afternoon. He delivered on his word, and I had the quote in hand that same afternoon. Very affordable and fair. I would recommend to anyone!

I own a few rental homes, so there's always something going on and I've used Roofsavers Locke Roofing for years. Most recently there was a very bizarre leak in an interior closet, no water damage except to the carpet! The inspector came out within a couple days and found a spot in the stucco that had a crack allowing water to travel down the wall to the floor.

I had another company out as well and they were unable to find a problem. The thing that really impressed me was how quickly Roofsavers was able to get to the repair! The fixed it on a Friday, and the Monsoon started with a vengeance the following day. My closet is dry! Thank you Roofsavers Locke Roofing!

I highly recommend Roofsavers Locke Roofing. Their estimator, Albert, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. His bids for the two jobs I had done were very competitive and fair. Two different crews worked on the roof at two different times because each was highly trained to do specific tasks. Both two-man crews were friendly and efficient and both, when asked by me, took pictures of the roof work in stages so I could see the progress from beginning to end. I will definitely call on Roofsavers again for my future roofing needs.

We were pleased with the quality of work that we received. It wasn't cheap per say, but you got what you payed for. One issue I did have, not related to the work itself, was that their vehicles were leaking some fluids and left stains on the pavement front of our house. I tracked a bit of it onto our driveway by having to drive over it to get into our garage. Again, not related to the quality of the work, but obviously their vehicle maintenance is lacking.

Wonderful experience. Quick response. Excellent communication with front office staff. Workmen did a good job and were conscientious in their effort. Repair work was followed up with a (requested by me) estimate of recoating/inspection of entire roof for annual maintenance and they pronounced to roof in "good condition" and would *not* do additional maintenance at this time! Not doing unneeded work would seem a strong indication of integrity and honesty within this company. Somebody is doing things right!

Our experience with RoofSaver, Locke Roofing was GREAT! They are a very professional and easy to work with company. My wife and I researched them extensively and their reviews are excellent, as well. From the receptionist to the estimator, to the expert workmen, everyone was polite and courteous. The work on our leaky tile roof was performed on time and satisfactorily. The estimator was courteous, professional, and on time. The crew that came to perform the repair was also on time, friendly, and also professional. Roof Savers was just here and secured several loose tiles that the heavy recent winds had lifted. Excellent service. They had been highly recommended by my homeowner's insurance company, Halvorson, and also by a friend who hired them a while back, so now I also highly recommend them to anyone in the Tucson area!

We have had Roofsavers take care of our roof over the last decade, including relocating last week. In addition, we've recommended them to friends who have been very satisfied. They are very prompt with coming out for quotes and their prices are reasonable. They were able to work around our rooftop pool solar heater with no issues. I was surprised this time how many workers they had here for the coating itself.

They did the prep work the day before, but the actual coating got done in a little over 3 hours with workers from 4 trucks parked in our driveway. Pretty amazing. Roofsavers is one of our most trusted contractors in Tucson. We plan to have them take care of our roof for the foreseeable future.

We had them out to give us an estimate on the work needed on our roof. The estimate was fair, compared to others. They were responsive and clearly explained the work that was needed. Day-of, they were here promptly and completed the work in good time. We noticed one issue with a spot on the roofline after they had gone for the day; after contacting the office, they sent out a couple of guys to take care of it within a couple of days.

This work was done during the COVID-19 pandemic - they were respectful of our space and wore masks the entire time. I would recommend them and will hire them again if needed.

If you are looking for polite, timely roofers, that guarantee their work and clean up after themselves, then these roofers are for you. They fixed the leak and cleaned up the debris on the roof from the trees overhanging the area and were quick and responsive to questions and phone calls. Best of all, the price wasn't too bad. (Roof repairs are never cheap, but you get what you pay for.) I will use them again. They were recommended to me by many people on Nextdoor! Thanks again Roof Savers.

Roofsavers made some repairs on a rental property today n 2018 and when I called again to look at what could have been a settling problem, they came right out examined the issue and said it was under warranty. Sweet! They do excellent work!

The whole process was easy. They did the estimate to re-coat my roof and came when scheduled. The quote was detailed and addressed my concerns. Other quotes didn't address those concerns, so be sure to examine quotes carefully, I say. Since they don't do full roof replacements (or at least they didn't in the past), I feel they will only recommend work you need.

This company is highly responsive, tends to requests in record time, and does particularly fine roofing work. They are fair in their pricing and I find them to be both honest and diligent with a particularly fine work ethic. I have used their services each year to inspect my roof and found them to be accurate in their appraisal when determining if the roof needs sealing.

In this regard, they have in a ten year period felt that my roof only needed sealing twice. Their work for me has stood the test of time and I couldn't be more pleased to recommend their services to others.

We own several rental properties around town so roof work is not a rare event unfortunately. After having the roof patch job from a removed chimney utterly botched by another vendor we called RoofSavers to come out and do it right. They were out within the week to take care of it and did a fine job. Since then we've used them for several recoats and another leak repair - all good quality work done on time at reasonable rates.

We've used roofsavers in the past. They're consistently excellent. On this occasion, we needed to patch two holes in the ceiling: Comcast had run a conduit through the roof, and since we got rid of Comcast, we wanted to get rid of the conduit holes -- why there were two of them is a mystery that only Comcast could answer. Antonio showed up on time, explained the work that he was going to perform, and performed it.

After he was finished he asked us to take a look and confirmed that the work was performed as described. Flawless work. Antonio was super-polite and friendly in addition to being a total pro. Will use again if we need them.

Roof Savers came out gave us a estimate for our repair and a discount for booking within 30 days. They also called and offered to come out sooner when a opening came up. On the day of the repair they were on time, did a great job and cleaned up everything. They also painted all the new wood of our repair. My husband did have a question so I called the office, they had someone out the next day to address it. I will definitely be calling them in the future if I need any roof work done.

They took before and after photos for us. Within 6 months I had an issue.turned out to be completely unrelated. Roof savers came out 2 times to help us get to the bottom of the issue.
