Jeff's Roofing

We wanted a metal roof after the 2018 winter and asked 5 companies for bids. 2 came back, Jeff's Roofing being one of them and he offered the best price and excellent timing. We live in Boston and without personal contact through texting and email he got the job done as promised. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and did a great job. I can highly recommend the company, especially if you cannot be local.

After a year of trying to get a Roofing Contractor to give us an estimate Jeff Johnson answered the call. Other contractors (I called many in the area) wouldn't return my called or wanted a large deposite and wouldn't put me on the schedule until 2019. Mr Johnson was busy; as are all Roofing Contracters in the Tahoe area, but Mr Johnson came out. He did a thorough inspect and gave us a prompt estimate even though it was a small job.

He said the work would be done by the end of the summer and it was. He's employees were prompt and professional. He even sent out a separate person for the yard clean up. We are very happy customers. Highly recommend.

Called three years ago.returned my call 6 months later and said they are busy and they'll try to get back to me. Contacted me about 5 months later and said basically call me back right away or I'll have to take you off my list. Called immediately and made appointment for one of their guys to come out and give an estimate. He actually showed up! He told me he would call me back within the week with an estimate. I never heard from Jeff's Roofing again. Probably a blessing in disguise.classic flakes.

Our roof tiles fell and cracked on the side of our yard which became a safety concern since our children constantly play in the yard. We had a few estimates prior to Jeff coming out. The other roofers did not even do a thorough inspection of the roof which we did not have a good feeling about. The other roofing company threw us an estimate, which was within our budget, but we still did not feel comfortable with their approach.

When Jeff came out, he took his time, inspected the entire roof, took pictures for us to view, and gave us options towards repair cost and replacement cost. He made us feel comfortable with his professionalism and really listened to our concerns. With the explanation that Jeff provided to us, we knew that the job would get done properly. They were scheduled to come repair our roof a few days later. Jeff and his crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job.

They replaced the broken tiles on the roof and secured the rest of the side tiles throughout the entire roof. From booking the appointment for an estimate, to Jeff coming out for the inspection and to the crew repairing our roof, we thank you all for your professionalism and outstanding job. We would definitely use Jeff's Roofing for the future and would recommend them to others. Thank you all again!

Jeff's Roofing put a new composite roof on my house in Tahoe City in 2013 during a several week break in the winter weather. He and his crew were efficient and fast in getting the job done before the heavy snows started again. Jeff is easy to work with, has very competitive pricing, and ensures you are fully satisfied with the work. Despite all the snow on the ground, his crew managed to collect almost all of the tear-off debris. I highly recommend Jeff's Roofing.

There are too many companies out there only interested in making some money and moving on to the next project. My experience with Jeff's Roofing was just the opposite. They made sure to get the job done right and they weren't happy until I was. That's the way it should be!
