We had a pretty significant issue with water damage in our basement. It needed to be repaired in order to sell our house and get the Hell out of Baltimore. The staff were prompt and hard-working men. They did good work and I recommend Budget Waterproofing.

After using another company to do mold remediation, the house still smelled like mold. Budget Waterproofing came out with a very reasonable estimate and got the job done right finally! My home is safe and smells great! And the crawl space and sump pump are finally in proper working order. The workman crew were professional and polite. Everyone from Bill Kowalski to Brook Carpenter were true professionals. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Jose has done an amazing job on our basement. He is very kind, knowledgeable and hard working. You really get the best deal with this company. I would recommend Budget Waterproofing to anyone.

I would prefer zero star but, do not have the option. In Mar. 2021, I hired budget Waterproofing Inc. to waterproof & seal my basement walls of rust, flaking, as well as, cracks & holes. Five months later (August) the rust & flaking re-surfaced and in September, crew came to repair. Currently (Jan 2022) the same issues, same areas are re-surfacing again.

I was told by Robert. Due to the age of the house, the walls are saturated. So I feel the company did not do what I hired them to do. Since I finance this job through them. I reached out to the company and asked since I have already paid all but, a little more than $500, could they satisfy the balance. I was told by Robert, they would only agreed to paid half (which, I do appreciate ) I did not expect the work to be permanent but, I also did not expect to have the initial issues in less than a year of the work to re-surface twice. However, I still need to get my walls repaired & have the loan balance to finish paying. I will not use this company again or recommend them. I hope sharing my experience will help someone else.

Wesley, Walter, and Joshua were awesome. The guys were very friendly and professional at all times. They arrived at 9am for a one day job. Completed at 3:30pm. Wesley explained everything from start to finish.

Vinny, Jose and Hermis showed up on time to fix an issue in our basement. They were on time all smiles and were happy to be here to help me out. They assessed the work, came up with an estimated completion time and stuck to it. I was able to keep my afternoon appointments. The owner showed before they were completed to ensure everything was going smoothly. They are a great company to work with, honest and fair pricing. Highly recommend them and have to many friends who are also very satisfied!

We had a french drain and sump pump installed by Budget and are very pleased with the job. Bill initially came out and explained what would be done, and Vinny, Jose, and Hermis did the installation. They were very professional and friendly, answered any questions that I had, and cleaned up everything before they left. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done.

I was very happy with the quote given. It was common sense and they did not try to sell me on things I didn't need, which other companies were doing. The price was also good. The work was also performed very efficiently, the workers were friendly, and respectful of our home, and left things as clean as possible. I highly recommend.

Vinnie and Jose did a fabulous job. Only 2 1/2 hours to complete job and clean up. They helped me by raking the left over dirt, around to help with rain water puddle that happens. This same crew did the rear window well replacement, a few months ago. Very respective of my concerns and the property itself. Had budget waterproofing at my house to correct a water problem on a outside drain. The three people Vinny, Hermis, and Walter were great and did a very professional job. Finished the job ahead of time and did a great clean up.

We recently used Budget to do some waterproofing work in our basement and on our concrete stairs. The work crew - Vinny, Jose, and Hermiz, arrived on time, were professional, and answered all of my questions. From Brooke in the office, to Bill who did the estimate, the Budget team is great to work with. They stand behind their work and don't try to nickel and dime you on price.

The entire process from getting an estimate to completing the job was terrific! Robert and Brooke were very responsive and got me booked for an estimate quickly. Bill came out for the estimate on time and was very thorough, as well as explaining the job in detail. I received an estimate on site, which was priced very competitively and great value for the job. Vinny and Joel were the crew who completed the job.

They were on time, did great work, and had the job finished in one day. They fulfilled the plan completely and even made extra improvements to ensure the waterproofing and drain was completely secure. Will definitely recommend their services to friends who have basement issues.

Vinny and Jose showed up at the promised time, he walked me through what the job entailed. It took them about 7 hours to complete the job, and they did an excellent job cleaning up. Throughout the day Vinny would give me updates on how they were doing or if there was a problem he would check with me to let me know if something had to change. I would recommend budget waterproofing highly.

Wesley Allen and Russel Burmeister were instrumental in keeping our Radon unit working efficiently with the new waterproofing system. Both had above average consulting and feedback ratings in keeping us informed on the progress and upkeep with the new system. This was our townhome's first waterproofing installation so we were very anxious to get this done right and cost effective!

I will begin by saying Vinny and Jose (workers) were very professional. They arrived on time and kept me informed of every detail for the duration of the job. I was amazed with how everything was handled. With my past experiences with other companies, I must say Budget Waterproofing did a fantastic job. I absolutely am 100% satisfied with this company. I had a nightmare story of a bad contractor who took on too much trying to "waterproof" my basement and clearly did it all wrong as it was outside of his scope. I was referred to this company through my cousin who was satisfied with their work and decided to stick with a direct referral instead of chancing it on some other company.

This is not a cheap job to fix so I've learned that it's best to stick with a company that is solid, been around, and will be around for a while. Most importantly they offered a lifetime guarantee on their work! That guarantee carries even on to the next homeowner if I sell. When I had another problem area I called and they came right back out to address my new issue and ease any concerns I had.

Absolutely great customer service from the admin staff scheduling, dealing directly with the owner Bill himself and with his workers. I don't bother to write reviews but it was important I did for this company to save someone else from any bad stories dealing with other companies. Pricing was fair and reasonable and again they absolutely stand behind their work which is rare these days. I am having them do some more work this time some exterior yard drainage issues I have.

This company was so easy to work with and had great customer service. The estimator, Bill was very knowledgeable and explained in detail about the water issue we were having in our Baltimore home. Also, the contractor Jose was very skilled and knowledgeable about the work he was performing. Jose explained to us in detail all the work being done and answered all our questions.

Very friendly, competent and left our house super clean after the work was done. We are very satisfied with the company and the people we've worked with. Also, the price was right. Definitely recommend.

I had my basement waterproofed three years ago, and it's been dry ever since. I had one issue and the owner resolved it. It's comforting to know that they stand by their work.

I'm not sure how this company doesn't have any reviews. We had a water issue in one room of our basement. We already have a drain around the entire basement. Unsure of why one room would have an issue and not knowing who put the drain in, we called a few companies. First company wanted to replace the whole thing, by the time they were done with their quote we were spending about $12000.

Budget came in the next day and realized the cable for the sump pump wasn't secured well and was laying on top of the float. We were told that that's probably all that happened causing the water to back up into that one room which, after we pulled up the carpet we found holes in the concrete. Made sense and after all the rain we just had, (and I fixed the cables), we didn't have any issue.

I just have to say how Much I appreciate the honesty! If I have anymore issues I will call these guys! They were recommended by a co-worker who has used them on two of his houses and had great things to say about them.

We highly recommend Budget Waterproofing, Inc. They identified the problem with water leaking into the basement from groundwater sources and installed the drains and sump pump in a day's work, as promised. We have been amazed at how much water has been pumped, even before we had heavy rains. We no longer worry when we see forecasts for rain!

We recently found some moisture in our basement during a pre sale home inspection. The home inspector said it was due to not having mirror drain along the entire perimeter of the basement. Turns out the installers that waterproofed the basement in 2011 cut a couple corners and didn't remove the surface concrete under the stairs (probably because of it being confined space).

I made one call to the company and told them what I had recently found. I referenced the warranty and they put us on the schedule for a week later to have the additional work done. The additional mirror drain was installed in about two hours. I would recommend this company to anyone. They stand by their work and honor their warranty.

I found the service at Budget Waterproofing to be great. Everyone I encountered was courtesy and nice. They listen to the problem about a leak in my basement and quickly identified a solution. When I ask for alternate solutions they were happy to offer them. When I choose one of the solution that they did not recommend they were more than happy to fix it the way that I wanted.

There prices were very affordable the best out of 3 offers I had received. The workers were on time and very thorough. They walked me through every step of the way.
