Craftsmen Home Improvements was a great company to work with from start to finish. The estimate process was not intimidating, and it was thorough and transparent. We had a great project manager who helped us move through the process and know what to expect. The crew that replaced our roof and skylights was efficient and friendly and did a quality job. We definitely recommend Craftsmen Home Improvements!

Working with Craftsman Home Improvement has been the best construction experience I have ever had. From the first estimate house visit to the completion of the roofing job, the staff listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and communicated with me every step of the way. I was shocked and pleased that I could get on the schedule immediately because of upcoming road construction in my neighborhood, then again, pleasantly surprised when the job was completed in one day. The quality of workmanship and the organization of the crew in executing the work was excellent. And the clean-up was great. I would highly recommend Craftsman.

We couldn't be more pleased with working with Craftsmen Home Improvements. We initially planned to replace 8 window inserts. Erik walked us through the type of inserts available and helped us realize going with vinyl stained from Hayfield was best for our needs. We ended up replacing our sliding glass door, a few wood cases around some windows, our stained glass window storm window and all the exterior wraps around our windows.

We ended up not being in town when Craftsmen complete the work, but when we arrive home, there was no mess and they even placed our blinds and curtains back up. We then took down the curtains because our windows are too pretty not to show off!

Craftsmen Home Improvements went out of their way to ensure a smooth process to purchasing and installing our new roof. We needed replacements for our roof, soffits/fascia and gutters/downspouts, and we couldn't be happier with the results. In addition to the work done at our home, the communication with our project manager was excellent throughout. We would highly recommend Craftsmen Home Improvements!

My experience with Craftsmen was excellent. The initial consultation was clear, educational, and timely. Jim was knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout the duration of the project. His crew was efficient and responsive. Project updates came often and questions were tended to quickly. I would definitely recommend. This company definitely stood out among the others I consulted.

We had a very nice experience working with Craftsmen Home Improvements. We are a repeat customer and when it came time to replace our roof and some repairs, we immediately turned to Craftsmen. We worked with Jim Kosloski who helped us with the insurance and the planning. He also helped us with some additional work with soffits, fascia and gutters that was not part of the insurance claim. Joni and Ellie at the office kept us informed of the scheduling process throughout and the crews were professional. All the work was done on time and well. They cleaned up after they were done. We highly recommend Craftsmen.

I am so impressed with Craftsmen. Ellie, the project manager, coordinated the job and was so quick to respond to any questions. Jim, the lead on the install, was very helpful in explaining all of the specs of the job. And then finally, to the crew that actually cane out to do the job. There were only two of them because it was late in the season but they did a great job and checked in with me after each day to let me know what was going on. I 100% will refer this company to anybody looking to install a new roof.

CHI replaced all our siding with James Hardie Board and helped manage significant structural and rot repairs. Everyone on the team who helped us with this major project was outstanding. Communications were always timely and thoughtful from the estimating stage all the way through completion and final inspections. With a house 130+ years old, we knew we would run into some unexpected repairs and the team was very considerate and prioritized things so we could get the house winter-ready as soon as possible. The house looks terrific and we can't wait to move on to our next project with Craftsmen.

We had craftsmen install a door and windows on our old house, so we knew we'd be getting good work done when having them install windows on our new house. Their team was patient with our questions when the window manufacturer was running behind, and they came through for us in a big way by getting the windows installed before Thanksgiving and during a week I was home from work.

The windows look great, the new trim was matched nicely and also looks great. They were also accommodating when I requested they save some of the old window parts so I can reuse them for windows we were not replacing. There were no significant surprises during the 3 days they were here, and they were up front and honest when any of the typical small issues did arise.

It was a painless experience for a multi-day install and they cleaned everything up nicely. Overall they did a great job and we're very happy with the windows. We'll be using their services again.

We are very happy with our new roof and gutters. Our house looks great! From sales through customer service and installation, everyone with whom we worked at Craftsmen Home Improvements was professional, responsive, respectful and friendly. We are also happy with the quality of the materials they used and the craftsmanship with which they installed them.

They were quick-they re-roofed our house in a little over a day, and when they left, the yard was clean. I would happily work with them again and I highly recommend Craftsmen Home Improvements.
