Mark and all members of the Innovative Roofing Group team are very professional and courteous. They arrive at the promised time, complete the work and give us a full report. For many years, we have trusted them to work on all 24 of our buildings. They are happy to answer questions or come to the site to explain any roofing issues. VERY unprofessional. Unfortunately, the leasing company our office is through uses them or else I would never use them. We've had them come out to our location every time it rains and nothing ever gets fixed. Tried speaking with Mark F., head of dispatch, as to what the issue is and/or why we don't get a description of the problem and received nothing but an unprofessional attitude.
Mark will constantly talk over you and quite frankly does not care about your problems. I'm pretty convinced that their workers get a check for coming out to our roof, sitting on top and hanging out considering NONE of our issues have been resolved. Overall, don't use these people for your roofing needs.

Recently, Walton Communities contracted Innovative Roofing Group to complete a full roof system and gutter replacement on one of our properties. They did a tremendous job in every aspect. They were courteous and professional to our residents and staff throughout the entire process. Their quality of work is excellent! We have not had a single call back since their completion.
