I had a positive experience with this contractor. I wanted to install a drain tile system in my basement and got quotes from 3 different contractors. This quote was the most reasonable. They offered a necessary package, no unnecessary extras. I signed a contract with them in November and they were honest and forthright about the timeline. The job was scheduled to be done in late February subject to winter weather conditions.
It was delayed 2 weeks and they were prompt in their communication. Jon S., the employee who worked with me, was respectful, flexible, and honest. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. The job was done efficiently. The team told me they'd come back in 2-4 weeks after the ground thaw to finish the job outside. This was also delayed due to weather. They completed it as promised. I'd recommend this honest, professional contractor.
