If mold is a problem in your home, you should clean up the mold promptly and fix the water problem. It is important to dry water-damaged areas and items within 24-48 hours to prevent mold growth. Molds are part of the natural environment. Outdoors, molds play a part in nature by breaking down dead organic matter such as fallen leaves and dead trees, but indoors, mold growth should be avoided.

We used this company for a new roof years ago; and replacement shingles in 2017. I have called them 3 times in the last month or so to request a repair inspection. No one has returned my phone calls. Moreover, every single time I've called, it's as though I've never left prior messages. I can certainly understand that this may be a busy time, but I cannot understand almost 1 full month of unprofessional unresponsiveness to a 2x prior customer. Update: I tried to call again after almost 2 months and was told that they're way behind and simply doing the best they can.
I was told that I should understand and move on. Horrible customer service and attitude by way of the female receptionist (with an accent). This company does not value their clients. I am contacting the BBB. Do not use them!

My apartment complex had this company come in to replace the roofs on the buildings. The entire process started last month! Ive never seen a roof replacement on 1 building take so long. They alternate between 2 buildings instead of just finishing 1. The last week has been nothing but getting woken up from random slamming that was so hard it knocked stuff off my walls.
I took the chairs and table off of my porch to keep them out of the way. There was 2 flower pots next to my sliding door and Christmas lights on the railing and around my door. The ones on my railing are currently hanging down to my neighbors porch. They were zip tied so I'm wondering HOW they got so messed up. They broke a pot on my porch. There's currently a random bucket of salt sitting on my porch for whatever reason. (No, they're still not done, and no it's not our random bucket of salt.) I will be extremely grateful for the day when they finally get off the roof and stop waking me up or breaking stuff.

Kris and his team are responsive and have done quality work on both my single family home (new skylights) and for an 18 building condo community in Farmington Hills. The condo project was $1.2 million and we were confident customers through every step of the process. The quote was fair (we had RTA - Roofing Technology Associates in Livonia, another good contractor, gather estimates and monitor the work process), the work was done well, and after 5 years, we have not had any major problems.
The one or two issues that have come up were addressed immediately and without issue or cost. Kris stands by his work. The workers left no mess and our community is very pleased. Highly recommended.

I would not use them again. First meeting with Tom was great. Reasonably priced and that was about where it ended. I was quoted a week and a half to two weeks for the job to be done. Four weeks later, I called to follow up and was told, "ooo. you're next on the list" Then a week later a trailer was delivered in the middle of my driveway. I had to call to have them come back out and move it on Halloween afternoon.
I was told after the trailer arrived the job would be done the next day or two weather permitting. Two days came and went then on Saturday morning at 7:55am four men appear in my backyard with the gate closed and my car in the driveway. No knock on the door, no call from the project manager, no heads up. I am a single mom with two small children. I was livid.
The men were smokers. They did the roof on my garage the job took just under three hours. After they left I walked around to check the ground before I would let my dog or children out there were cigarette butts, nails, pieces of shingles all over. I am utterly disgusted with the lack of concern and customer service when they called to collect their money and I let them know everything that had gone wrong. I had no idea when having my roof done I would have to babysit. I was insured I didn't even need to be home. Never again.
