No communication. Kept saying they would work with us but only wanted money. They worked one day for about 30 minutes and kept changing the price. They left a bucket of tar on the roof that could have fallen on someone. Jacob was horrible. He even offered to sell me pills. They didn't take it the check when they said they would and didn't finish the job. Horrible experience.

These guys are the best! Roofing is top notch and so is customer service. As far as the other people rating them at one star. please read their other reviews of other companies. They are all negative. I think these are the type of people that just love to complain. Doug and the staff here are very friendly. Keep up the good work!
