David Brown came out to the house and knew exactly what to do to repair my basement wall. He was honestly the best price. He said they were booked until July but I was on a time crunch so he came out and had it done within 2 weeks on the 10th of June. He answered all my questions within minutes over the phone. All in all stay dry was the easiest company to deal with on my home remodel. I called and he met me the next morning.

I was stopped at a gas station and had a flat tire and three of your employees offered to help me Brad, Corey, and joey they were so helpful and put my spare tire on for me without me asking. They were truly kind hearted and hard working doing anything they could to help, so thank you again you three for all your help!

StayDry is the most amazing company! Pam was my first point of contact and extremely personable and attentive throughout the entire process. Obviously, when you have water in your basement you are stressed beyond belief. David was a Gift from God who was able to calm and reassure me that he would take care of me and his people would take care of me. StayDry delivered! Mike and Dan showed up to help haul things away.

They have lovely souls who were willing to haul things away and donate them to agencies who would get them to needy individuals. They hauled away in a separate trailer, damaged materials, that were essentially trash. Cory, Joey, and Jake were professional, hardworking, and considerate each and every day. They checked in and reviewed with me daily and always asked what more they could do to make my life easier. They are confident in their work. My experience with StayDry could not have been any better! I would highly recommend them to anybody without hesitation.

Stay Dry Saved the day. Our sump pump failed the day before we headed out of town. The good people at Stay Dry prioritized my need and sent Nic to the rescue. Nic was skilled and professional. He replaced the sump pump and made adjustments to improve the operation. Plus he called the next day to make sure everything was operating well. Talk about service! I highly recommend Stay Dry!

We just had our second job by StayDry done today, we had our crawl space encapsulated last year, this time they installed drain tile and a sump pump for our Michigan basement. This is such an amazing company, the crew is very professional, kind and do such a great job. I will contact Dave and his company any time we need help!

Wayne, Jeff, Corey, Mike and the rest of the team from StayDry were excellent to deal with. They were informative and professional throughout the entire process. They installed an interior perimeter drain in my basement and did so flawlessly. They took the time to protect my floors, walls, furniture and personal items and left my home better than when they started. Easy 5 stars for these guys, will definitely refer!
