Superior Services RSH provides excellent flat roofing services and is very responsive. We had a persistent leak on our flat roof that two prior roofing companies were unable to find/fix. We then hired Superior Services who sent two very knowledgeable techs who identified the source of the leak was an improperly sealed flashing. They quickly fixed the problem and we have had no issues. Going forward we are definitely only going to call Superior Services for our roofing needs.

Worked for this company for 3 days and got let go about ten years ago. To this day the way i was let go and the fact that i was a 20 year old kid working for the owners son derek let his crew steal all the tools i was told i needed to buy in order to even get on the roof and learn. This was my very first roofing job. As a kid with no money to spend $300 on tools, drive 45 minutes to a jobsite and get fired because i had no clue what i was doing.
I told the owner and the office all my tools are missing and they did nothing to rectify the issue. There was a very nice woman i spoke with that was writing the checks at the time and she did say this is what they do when they are about to fire someone, its been just over 10 years and still bothers me $300 in tools were taken from me and even though i know the job isnt for me now i never got the fair shot. I dont know the quality of work that goes out now a days with this crew, this review is to vent the fact that these are how people are treated and i dont think its right.

Roof replacement was completed as promised in a single day by a crew of 9. Workers arrived at the work site early and worked diligently and in a well-coordinated fashion leaving no mess behind. The jobs looks very professional and I have no doubt that it will be trouble free. Still waiting for some ran to test it.

When calling around to get the flat portion of my old farmhouse's ancient and leaking roof replaced, I was told the same thing over and over again, "we don't do flat roofs, call Superior Services." Though industrial, large scale work is more their meat & potatoes, I was never made to feel that our project was any less important. The guys at Superior Services were extremely understanding & flexible when we delayed the project this spring due to financial uncertainties brought on by the coronavirus pandemic.
Once our belated install date arrived, the crew that came out was professional, efficient, clean and friendly! I couldn't be more please with my roof and the service I received truly was Superior!

Our experience with Superior Services was stellar! We had both residential and commercial work done and both jobs were done very well. Rob, Derek and their crew were professional, courteous, provided excellent service, did a great job of cleaning up the job site and did excellent work. I will not hesitate to recommend Superior Services to anyone I know.

Superior Services did an outstanding job for us on our roof. They are very professional in every way. Their attention to detail and communication from start to finish was so much appreciated. The followup after the completion of the job was outstanding not only by Superior Services but by the manufacturer of the roofing material. I would highly recommend Superior Services.

After a weekend of rain, we came into the office to find water in our entry way. We noticed it coming from the ceiling tile above. We contacted Superior Services RSH who sent out 2 gentlemen rather quickly. They climbed on the roof and found the leak, and a couple other areas that needed to be addressed. The men were very professional and explained the situation and patched the leaks.
They then came in the office and showed before and after pictures of the areas. We were very impressed with their kindness, quick service and detailed explanation. We highly recommend them and will most definitely use them for any future needs.

Hi Derek & Superior Services Team: I wanted to send this message thanking your team for the outstanding job replacing my residential flat roof. I researched and interviewed many roofing companies before making my selection with Superior Services. One reason I seleted Superior was the quality of effort put into the roofing proposal. There was great detail describing the project and what materials would be utilized.
This was not a simple flat roof replacement. I wanted to maintain the flat roof appearance of the home, but have the roof sloped in such a way that we could incoroporate a traditional drainage/gutter system, and eliminate the old intenal drains on the original flat roof. Derek did an amazing job and detailed in the proposal all the elements of the project, and how he would accomplish the goal that I was seeking.
No other contractor supplied that amount of specificity in the proposal. Additional materials in the proposal detailed the company history, references, professional designations, and professional service awards. The price for the project was very competitive and the actual value of the project was well worth my monetary investment. I had estimates lower than Superior, and higher than Superior.
In the end it was about selecting a contractor that I felt could accomplish the job. The actual installation took about one week. I have hired many contractors over the years of multiple home ownership. Superior Services stood out as the best contractor I have ever retained. The roofing job was totally coordinated, the staff was professional, diligent, and respectful of my property.
From start to finish, it was a total professional atmosphere with this project. The roof was installed in late fall 2017. I waited until today to write this review, only to see how the first winter/spring went. We had an extremely harsh winter and a very rainy spring. It was a thing of beauty to watch the success of the sloping, and the run of the water to the new drainage system.

When a recent storm blew the shingles from my sister-on-law's house while she and her husband were in Gulf Shores for the winter, I was called to check it out. The storm came through on Saturday night into Sunday. I contacted Superior Services on Sunday on their emergency phone line. I received a return call about twenty minutes later. They had a crew on site Monday morning to make repairs.
The shingles were and exact match, the bill was very reasonable. The crew was very professional and they even cleaned up shingle that had blown into my neighbors yard. I would highly recommend Superior Services to anyone and everyone!
