The Carranza team replaced my roof and skylights at the beginning of this year (2022), and I have been pleased with the overall experience. The work was done professionally with high quality and questions/follow ups have been addressed quickly without issue. Based on my experience, I would recommend Carranza and use them again for other work on my house.

I had 2 jobs to do that were outside my realm of DIY. The front door and roof replacements were both done by Carranza and let me tell you that the attention to detail and workmanship was impeccable! I am a very detail oriented person and even the smallest things out of place can drive me nuts. Things like a gap in door casing, or a crooked / wobbly roof line for example.

I am sooooo happy to say that I truly had zero follow up items with these guys.truly professional and they care about the small details, which is hard to find these days. Pricing was very fair especially for the workmanship.would gladly pay for future services with these guys! The entire experience from scheduling to payment was a breeze and there was ample communication along the way to keep me informed of the process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I contacted Carranza to replace the roof on my mother's house, and we couldn't be more pleased with the price, workmanship, and polite, professional service. Every person I talked with at Carranza was friendly, polite and professional! The roof looks great, and I'm looking forward to working with the company again to make a few more updates.

We replaced our roof and skylights this past winter and the whole experience with Carranza was great. Everything went smoothly and quickly! We called and were able to make an appointment within the same week. They went over all the details thoroughly from type of materials used to the schedule. Their estimate was competitive with others that we had received, but they were a little bit lower so we decided to go with Carranza.

We were originally scheduled for a few weeks out, but they had an earlier opening and the window for winter weather was also good. We went from signing our contract to getting our roof replaced within a week! The project manager called me a day before the work to go over more details and what to expect. On the day of the work, their foreman and roofing crew arrived early in the morning and were excellent at tearing off the old roof, installing the new roof and skylights, and cleaning up afterwards!

They finished all their work within the day. During the job, they realized they needed a stronger roofing material for a difficult section of my roof which they obtained within an hour. This was at no extra cost. The skylights required someone from their interior team to finish the wood trim on the inside. He came out a couple days later and it looks fantastic. Overall, Carranza did an amazing job that was very thorough and for a great price. I should also mention that everybody showed up on time, wore masks when talking to me, and they always returned my calls & emails very quickly.

I have used Carranza for three different jobs over the past five years. The quality is fantastic, you will be pleased. During the roofing job they had one person with a magnet going over the ground to get any nails that dropped off during the old roof removal. Just one example of the kind of work they do. Exceptional all the way around.

After having my new roof from Carranaza for nearly a year, I'm comfortable writing a review and recommending them for any roof repair needed. First and foremost the quality of work was exceptional and they did things right, no corners cut. As with all home improvement jobs, we ran into a snag but Jason was able to work with me to resolve it that day.

My only true compliant is still finding a few leftover nails in the yard, but personally I cannot expect a 100% perfect cleanup from any company and this doesn't bother me. Overall I had a very positive experience with the Carranza team and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for roof repair. Their team is on time, efficient and works with you to correct any issues that are encountered along the way.

Excellent work! The crew showed up before 7:30 AM and completed the job by 8 PM. They were punctual, efficient and cleaned up my property before they left. I would recommend Carranza to any of my friends.

Recently had a new roof installed by Carranza. The owner Minor came out and personally walked me through the process showing me all materials that he and his team would be using. Once they removed the old roof it was determined that we had a lot of plywood that was bad / wet and needed to be replaced. His supervisor showed me the wood and explained the need to replace.

They wound up replacing 26 sheets of plywood @ $62 per sheet, which added to the cost, but I knew that going into this project that it could likely be worse then anticipated! Even with the additional work the team was done before 4pm! Our house is about 2,000 sq feet with a 1 car attached garage, and they were still done in one day. Overall the process was very smooth and we are happy with the results.

We had a minor issue where a few screens were damaged, and the attic fan making a loud noise afterwards (that it was not before) and both were corrected in a timely manner, the owner Minor came out and personally attempted to repair the attic fan, but when he determined he could not, replaced it at his cost! We would absolutely use Carranza Roofing and Remodeling again for future projects!
