In addition to the design professionals on staff, Armko's Roofing and Building Envelope Consultants and Field Technicians have over 400 combined years of experience in roofing and the building envelope.
Unwanted water infiltration into a building can cause damage to building components that can turn into a costly repair to the building owner. We will identify the cause of water intrusion and if necessary hire a third party contractor to remove exterior finishes to reveal hidden conditions. If testing is required, we will hire the appropriate third party contractor to conduct the testing and Armko will provide observations and recommendations to the client.
